Everything fine

Breakfast was good. It is especially nice that it lasted until 1300. You don`t need to adjust your plans. In the morning you could sleep, walk or swim in the sea, and then come for breakfast. The location is close to the sea, but in a quiet place. Wonderful territory. Very friendly staff.

I can't even describe the warm welcome we've got at arrival. The room was super clean, very spacious and with a great balcony. Breakfast couldn't be better and if nothing else I'd come back for that! :)

A small inconvenience: the toilet is not separated too well from the room so there is too little soundproofing.

The room was great, very clean, comfy beds. At breakfast there was a large variety of options and we particularly enjoyed that we were able to have breakfast until 1 pm. The hotel is close to an excellent beach and also close to lots of restaurants and bars.

The pool area doesn’t open until 11am. I understand the idea of stopping people putting towels down at the crack or dawn but that’s very late and everyone ends up sitting around waiting. The area isn’t the best. You are very near a row of shops and restaurants but at night its incredibly lively. Although you cant hear it from the hotel, if you’re looking for an area thats a bit more on the chill side I wouldn’t recommend this strip.

The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The pool area and pool bar were great, lots of beds available. The breakfast each morning was lovely, lots of options for everyone.

No parking lot, you have to find a parking space at the alley, there were always some space but it’s very narrow.

Nice location, 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Very good live music in the restaurant at night. Cyclist friendly, they have bike garage at the basement. Very kind staff which was very helpful on providing touring information.

Some of the dinner dishes weren’t the best, or perhaps we weren’t lucky with the chicken/beef cuts? 😊 In general, veggies in any form or shape were rather good, but wouldn’t say the same about meat based options. A bit odd, I know!

Breakfast was excellent, consisting of a nice selection of bread, cold meats, cheese, fruit, some cereal, and a fabulous hot food section (including eggs, omelettes, sausage, bacon and lots of veggies). A perfect start to the day. Most of the staff was lovely, in particular Naima and Elena at the reception who are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and fairly spacious, although the double we were staying at was on a smallish side. However, the size is stated clearly on the website, so this was not something unexpected, and somehow not super important. The pool and seating/ lounge areas are superb. We haven’t tried the spa which looks great too.

Beds were not that comfortable (too firm) Location whilst being very close to the beach was not the right area given the proximity to Mega Park and it being a German party area with many drunk and loud people around We didn’t feel comfortable walking in the area surrounding the hotel

Only the location spoils it, it is more suitable for german tourists (a lot of german teenagers hang out on the beach in the evening).

this hotel is definitely in the top 3 hotels which I managed to visit. Very pleasant, hospitable and friendly staff at the reception, in the restaurant, cleaners. Cleaning is great. Quiet hotel to relax. At the reception you can take towels and an umbrella for the beach. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are bright and have a beautiful view from the window, there is also an interesting separation of the toilet and shower) Good breakfasts. If necessary, you can take an iron. Close to the beach (5 minutes walk).

Breakfast was great! A Very clean and comfy hotel in a quite area. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Bike and car was rented with help from front desk and they arranged pickup service to get the bikes/car. Staff in entire hotel was amazing and so Very friendly and serviceminded! Front desk, restaurant, spa, cleaning dept.. all staff We met during our days were the best

We stayed here before and was also great, but this time the airco was not working properly so our nights were a bit warm and sticky most of our stay…. The staff tried to repair it but they said there is government regulation that doesn’t allow them to have the airco lower than 21 Celcius, which in this case left the room warm and sticky. So hope this can change the next time as we really like this hotel.

The staff is always super kind and friendly. The overall amenities are great, good breakfast and perfect location very close to the beach.
