Bad pillow and beds. Staff don’t clean rooms had the same bedsheets for 9 days. No toilet paper refill. Only cleaned the room 4 times out of 9 days. Not good food. 2,5/5 Bad alcohol drinks from machine they don’t make real bar drinks. Locked out car in for 50 minutes and said the technician had something important to do in the kitchen. So they couldn’t walk up 2 minutes and open the lock. No message in advance. Really ruined our day going out needed to lift the chain over the car to free our self. Fortunately I had a car similar size to fiat 500 so it was bearly possible Bad walk way to anti beach. This hotel need to reinvest in the hotel. This would have been a very good stay if not for these problems. The drinks looked like juice. Straight from Machine. Pool could’ve been a bit more heated.

Very good location, nice hotel. Just need some improvements for it to be at the best because this hotel has potential but it’s sad to see the staff don’t take things seriously The staff at the reception were excellent they get a 5 star. Did everything they could every time you needed help. Nice beach nearby Anfi beach, really really pretty 🤩. 5€ to Puerto Rico with taxi. Entertainment guys star for them too. You get the best view at marina elite. Only 5 min walk to anfi beach. 🚕

The coffee machines at breakfast got very busy and you needed to queue. If you want to eat in your apartment, there is no washing up liquid, dish cloth or tea towel. The sun beds at the top pool are very hard and uncomfortable with no mattresses.

We had a great sea view room in the upper part of the hotel and on arrival we upgraded from half-board to all inclusive which was good value. The beach bar was nice but a shame it closed at 10pm.

The bathroom needs at bit of attention (shower area) The lifts in need of a clean daily very mucky!!! Could do with Cushions on sun beds. Could do with a tea towel for kitchen area. In my opinion if some small things are changed you could be on a winner!

Could do with a room to store luggage. A little more attention to the shower area / brown stain running around shower tray could do with a good scrub.

The hotel truly needs some paint and renovation. The restaurant is so noisy that romantic dinners can be forgotten in this hotel. There are not any services near the hotel so you need a rental car or another way to move around.

The room was big and the staff were friendly. The hotel had a good closed parking area. The selection at the breakfast was very good. Supermarket was a nice extra with moderate prices.

Fridge was empty, no water and no tea ,coffee or kettle for hot water . The mini fridge was empty ,room was dry for 250 euros a night

Very Slow internet. The fact that breakfast had the same things to choose from for 9 days. The fact that not even in the 9th day our Kettle was not replaced even though we kept reporting it at the reception (it was dirty and had rust in it). The fact that we had to pay for the safe.

Pull out her was actually just a single sofa bed and very hard! Not fit for an adult and I wouldn’t put a child on it either! Very uncomfortable

The small kitchen in the room acts simply as furniture, because there simply is no dishwashing liquid, dish towel, etc. in it. Therefore, it is almost impossible to cook. I am disappointed.

No draining board.no tea towel, did not like wire from one light to another live wire hanging very dangerous. Room 211 (Should have been sealed in with trunking) our room did smell of smoke No cushions on sun beds.

We didn’t have anything to wash the dishes by ourselves and the cleaning crew did not do the dishes every day.

The breakfast had a good range of food, the sound of the ocean was the best music. The beds were good.

Very little really.

First time we have had breakfast at this location despite having stayed there several times. Very reasonable choice and variety of food available! Our room was exactly what we have come to expect although the cleaning of our room was quite limited. Fortunately this did not detract from the overall experience of the hotel (now part of the TUI group)! We enjoy the location and general facilities of the hotel! Very few families with young children which suits us. Swimming pool pretty good (I swim several times a day, so I have to time my swimming when the pool is quiet!
