We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was great. Something for everyone good choices. The location of the hotel was great. The bedroom we were allocation was on 1st floor right above the restaurant. It was so noisy until late at night.

United KingdomThe location was great as near the beach but the hotel Js on a hill so the walk to the centre is extremely hilly and takes about 15/20 mins. Obviously this can’t be helped by the hotel but just to make people aware as I probably wouldn’t have booked that location had I known. Dinner was awful, cold, hardly any options, just horrible and didn’t include any drinks even water had to be paid for. No fridge in the room and only pool is indoors (to be fair it is not advertised but I have never stayed in a hotel in Spain or any hot country that didn’t have fridges or outdoor pools, maybe my fault for not checking but I wish it was make clear when booking) you are allowed to use the pool in the other vibra hotel just round the corner but you of course then don’t have the convenience of running back to the room. Rooms very basic they don’t look as nice as the photos at all. I paid £450 for two nights including the city tax and I do feel I’ve been ripped off. Not worth the cost at all.

United KingdomThe pillows were not very comfortable and there was only one. The room was basic, which is fine but the bathroom could do with an overhaul - it was clean but a bit tatty and worn. The reception area and restaurant area is modern and smart but rooms let it down a bit.
Location is great - lots of very pleasant restaurants and bars close by and you can easily walk ( 20 mins) or get the ferry to Evissa. Staff were pleasant and the lady at Reception very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

EstoniaThe interior is not the freshest, but it is still decent. The air conditioning in the room works, but in the hallway it is awfully hot because the aircon external units are inside the building, on the ground floor 🤦 The sound proofing is very poor, so bring your earplugs (but that's the case in many hotels in Ibiza). The blackout curtains are at a distance from the window, so the light gets in, so no total blackout if it is important to you.
Very well located, right in front of the beach, decent breakfast and dinner with a view, all the basic amenities.

United States of AmericaIt perfectly met my needs. Perhaps the breakfast quality and more options and variety could be improved but not a complain at all. Also, the door in my bedroom needed fixing, which I communicated so I am sure that would be fixed by now.
Friendly staff, good facilities with access to beach, with an indoor swimming pool, and breakfast included with a view to the beach. Also the room had a small balcony, always helpful to dry beach stuff, clothes, towels. They made the room every single day even if I was not expecting that. Thank you for a great stay and amazing memories in my first visit to Ibiza... I hope to come back to this magical island!!!
