Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This allows us to verify that our reviews come from real guests like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or their comfortable room than someone who’s stayed at the property?
We want you to share your story, with both the good and the not-so-good. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinions and experiences, which is critical in helping guests make informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, so we treat them with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full and as quickly as possible, provided the guidelines are met. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.
We'll use the same guidelines and standards for all user-generated content, and for the property responses to that content.
We'll allow the contributions to speak for themselves, and we won’t be the judge of reality. Booking.com’s role is to be a feedback distributor for both guests and properties.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

눉Bathrooms badly need updating. Black mould on shower screens. Bathrooms not suitable for large or disabled and mature people.
눇The welcome from staff. Large bedrooms. Pretty restaurant, and comfortable lounge. Value for money 3 course dinner with wine only 12 Euros. Lovely gardens. Short walk to seafront. Good free car parking. Close to airport

눉In cheapest available room fare was included breakfast. As it was off season (beginning of May), breakfast selection was quite small. There are no cafes around with walking distance. Good point - breakfast should be included :)
눇This is the nearest hotel to the airport. As our flight arrived late - we decided to book it. Taxi driver charged us 15 euro for 5 minutes drive from airport. Good thing - near the hotel is bus stop, bus runs every 1-2 hours to Aviles, Gijon. We paid 3.90 EUR per person to travel to Gijon by bus. Took more than 1 hour. Bus is going to Gijon via Aviles. Bus schedule was provided by hotel staff. As our aim was to sleep after late flight and moved on - we had no opportunity to look around. Room was the cheapest available option - two single beds, view to the wall, we really liked the size of the room - quite big. lovely old style furniture pieces.

눉- Local restaurant was not that good, but you can definitely eat somewhere else. - There was some strange smell in the room. Probably cause we got smoking room.
눇- Extremely nice and friendly personnal. Thosug they do not speak English good enough, they tried to make our stay as nice and comfortable as possible. - Rooms are very nica and clean and room service is excellent. - Located quite far from city so you definitely need a car to stay there, but it's quiet, so you can have a good rest. - Very nice breakfast. Though veriety is small. - Huge parking.

눉Beds are a little hard and they put two twins together as a king. But that's Spain. They do that everywhere. I don't see king size beds too often there
눇I liked the convenience to the airport and the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very very accomodating since we were checking out early to catch a flight they catered to our early breakfast. I'd stay there any time I'm in Aviles and have to catch a flight.

눉Although Hotel is very clean, bathrooms are beginning to look shabby, and if you are a little on the large size difficult to use toilets. No English channels available on tv's. Could do with some garden tables, chairs and sun brollies for use of guests.
눇The food on the 15 Euro dinner menu is good. Breakfast included with cost of room is also good. Only one member of staff speaks really good English, but all the others go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Comfortable lounge area. Good sized bedrooms. Beautiful gardens.

눇Good location with lovely beaches nearby. Day trips to Gijon or Ribadello are easily posible. Rural setting but a nice little shop 200m down the road where gets all the necessary basics. A town with supermarkets can be reached within 10-15 mins by car. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very much enjoyed the breakfast with the most amazing croissants & strong coffee. Good value for money, would go back.

눉Make sure you have a car to get around. or, have the patience to wait for the local ALSA bus to Aviles/ Gijon or Pravia. On weekends, bus can be about a 3 1/2 wait between pick-ups.
눇For my wife and I - an excellent location. Off the beaten path, a couple of miles from the provincial airport and the nearby cities of Aviles, Gijon and Oviedo. Staff were great to us, breakfast ok, and the price for value was very reasonable.
