Service very poor, not enough staff. We were told it was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite but there was only one bathroom.

There is construction works ongoing at the moment just outside our balcony. This impacted sitting out reading a book during the day or even leaving the balcony door opened to listen to the sea. All we could hear until 6pm each evening is the constant beeping of the mobile lift going up and down ALL day......got really annoying 😑

We stayed in a Premium King Room with a Seaview. The view was amazing. Room very comfortable. The bed was a bit hard the 1st night, but I asked if a mattress topper could be provided and we had it for our 4 remaining nights.....slept very comfortably 😀 Excellent Breakfast provided....Great choice of all foods, and the breakfast room had beautiful views out to sea.....Fabulous way to start the day

Very difficult to find your way around that hotel., lack of clear signage. The shower screen was very small so water all over the bathroom floor

The hotel failed to clean our room after our first night. Despite the fact I called the front desk, who assured me it would be done.

Centralized aircon/heating. It was 27 degrees and there was no air conditioning in the room, only heating or off. You could have use of a fan, but that would just blow warm air around the room. It was very hot and stuffy which affected my sleep. I couldn't sleep with the window/door open due to the noise from outside. The curtain in my room also didn't close fully and the gap let in light directly onto my pillow. The internal connecting doors are very thin meaning you can hear everything. As a solo female traveler this left me feeling uncomfortable when sleeping alone at night.

Great location, big comfy beds and lovely facilities downstairs - the bars and pools and spa were all really good. I liked the breakfast, there was a huge selection and a beautiful view out to see.

For the money, not meeting expectations . Loudly next door room, welcome bedroom was already a dirty cup of coffee, just one robe for 2 people.. spa was to pay separately and it does not belong to this hotel and swimming pool is just outside and not warm at all…very disappointing.

Many building noises (visited march 2024). There're little inneficiencies in the bathroom such as a tiny glass screen in the shower so the whole bathroomfloor will be wet after showering or the long supporting handle next to the toilet for constantly tripping over. I didn't make a complaint about that since it is just build that way. We had a room at The Level.

My only complaint is that some of the bar staff can be quite rude. The other staff are as you’d expect. The cleaners are great and reception too. But the bar staff can’t be bothered. The bar is often dirty and being served is an experience.

It’s a fabulous location and the property is kept in first class condition. The reception staff and the cleaners are fully professional.

Mattresses and pillows in an average condition and not very comfortable. Lack of hotel parking. Public parking requires a visit to parking office and and every time before departure from car park and regardless of how many days was it paid up front.

The main Pool was out of use which wasn’t communicated to use prior to arrival, however we still enjoyed the 2nd pool and beach so close

The premium sea view room had a very closed- in restricted view of the sea, which was disappointing. Also, a huge part of the hotel was closed as under refurbishment, which was not indicated at the booking stage.

The location is great for both beach and bars and restaurants
