Great location in a Hotel just opened. Lovely complementary drinks and snacks after a big day exploring with a great view.

Too bad the room is quite small and does not look like the pictures on booking.com (i.e. there is no separate standing bath tub). The coffee machine doesn’t work. There was a kerfuffle when we ordered room service, there is only one menu from one restaurant , and yet the guest service connected us to a different restaurant. The room service buttons on the phone didn’t work. Was a bit of a pain.

We stayed at the level room, so we have our own reception and lounge, which is great, because everything is new.

Pecorino restaurant food costly for what it was. Acceptable but not great. Staff rather disinterested. Strong smell in bedroom of meat grilling at next door restaurant and very noisy till 2am from side street beneath our room. Gym not open yet.

When we arrived the room we were given had not been cleaned. We were given another room some distance from my children. We complained that the toilet didn’t flush. It simply didn’t get sorted. We kept asking and still it didn’t happen

Everything was fine.

The location was amazing, the facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. There are nice and not so expensive restaurants around the hotel.

Sound proofing isn’t the best but other than that everything else was great.

Location was excellent -very central. Lots of shopping areas around. Breakfast was excellent too. Staff were polite, courteous and helpful especially the in the bar/lounge where we enjoyed coffee and drinks The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The food didn’t offer much variety. They didn’t have parking, we had to use a public parking lot right next to it which was very narrow and extremely difficult to drive a large car through it.

The bathtub/shower need a rubber mat or grid to avoid slipping. The bathroom could use more towel bars for used towels. The room could use more electrical outlets. A room for 2 people should have 2 collapsible luggage racks.

We only stayed one night. Front desk and breakfast staff were pleasant and efficient.

Rooms are small and dark. Small gym was poor. Staff were average.

After we reached the hotel, the reception staff gave us the magnetic cards for the room, but they not programmed to open the door. so we had to go downstairs to ask them to solve the issue. Then, when the doors were opened, the room was with a double bed although booked a one with two single beds. The staff solved the problem but they did not apologize for the mistakes.

The location was very nice in the city center. The staff helped us to book a guided tour to Alhambra.

They need more lifts, on the morning it is crazy to get one free. Also they need more check-in/ check-out positions; I had a queue both on arrival and on departure.

The central location of the hotel was great. The room was a bit small (for a 4* hotel), but confortable.

The bathroom was a little old fashioned and the door didn't close properly.

Good pre-stay communication Excellent position for the Alhambra and plenty of nearby restaurants in the centre of the city to choose from Classic style of room with very large double bed, shower over the bath, large TV, fridge Welcome note and biscuit was a nice touch Breakfast choice and quality was one of the best we have had in a city hotel especially the pastries. Parking available next door to the hotel (parking Canivet, 20 euros for 24 hours)) We had booked a Superior double room but were informed before our stay that there was work going on in the hotel and agreed to change to a standard double at a cheaper price and it was fine. There was no work noise or evidence of it that we could see or hear. We would recommend this hotel for its service, comfortable bed, great breakfast chice and position in the centre of the city.

The hotel is clean, functional and businesslike, but not exactly personal or charming.

Clean businesslike hotel within walking distance to Mesquita and Centro Historico. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nothing missing, no extras. Good beds. Helpful and nice staff. Easy parking facilities that is unusual in Spain. Hotel has some parking spots, but I parked into a big parking garage 400 meters away.

Cleaning could be better for a 4 star, but overall ok.

The rooms were not large and a bit old-fashioned compared to the very welcoming and precious entrance: quite comfortable and well furnished. Friendly and helpful staff. Equipped with the necessary comforts, comfortable and large bed. Structure in the historic center a stone's throw from everything: absolutely strategic position. Paid outdoor parking available (25 €) very close. Excellent breakfast, good value for money!!

No lift security, anyone could access the bedroom floors. My room was small, but dated and tired. In need of a refresh.
