We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomToo bad the room is quite small and does not look like the pictures on booking.com (i.e. there is no separate standing bath tub). The coffee machine doesn’t work. There was a kerfuffle when we ordered room service, there is only one menu from one restaurant , and yet the guest service connected us to a different restaurant. The room service buttons on the phone didn’t work. Was a bit of a pain.
We stayed at the level room, so we have our own reception and lounge, which is great, because everything is new.

Location was excellent -very central. Lots of shopping areas around. Breakfast was excellent too. Staff were polite, courteous and helpful especially the in the bar/lounge where we enjoyed coffee and drinks The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

United States of AmericaThe bathtub/shower need a rubber mat or grid to avoid slipping. The bathroom could use more towel bars for used towels. The room could use more electrical outlets. A room for 2 people should have 2 collapsible luggage racks.

JordanAfter we reached the hotel, the reception staff gave us the magnetic cards for the room, but they not programmed to open the door. so we had to go downstairs to ask them to solve the issue. Then, when the doors were opened, the room was with a double bed although booked a one with two single beds. The staff solved the problem but they did not apologize for the mistakes.
The location was very nice in the city center. The staff helped us to book a guided tour to Alhambra.

Good pre-stay communication Excellent position for the Alhambra and plenty of nearby restaurants in the centre of the city to choose from Classic style of room with very large double bed, shower over the bath, large TV, fridge Welcome note and biscuit was a nice touch Breakfast choice and quality was one of the best we have had in a city hotel especially the pastries. Parking available next door to the hotel (parking Canivet, 20 euros for 24 hours)) We had booked a Superior double room but were informed before our stay that there was work going on in the hotel and agreed to change to a standard double at a cheaper price and it was fine. There was no work noise or evidence of it that we could see or hear. We would recommend this hotel for its service, comfortable bed, great breakfast chice and position in the centre of the city.

Clean businesslike hotel within walking distance to Mesquita and Centro Historico. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nothing missing, no extras. Good beds. Helpful and nice staff. Easy parking facilities that is unusual in Spain. Hotel has some parking spots, but I parked into a big parking garage 400 meters away.

The rooms were not large and a bit old-fashioned compared to the very welcoming and precious entrance: quite comfortable and well furnished. Friendly and helpful staff. Equipped with the necessary comforts, comfortable and large bed. Structure in the historic center a stone's throw from everything: absolutely strategic position. Paid outdoor parking available (25 €) very close. Excellent breakfast, good value for money!!
