Excellent accommodation. Really friendly and helpful staff. We stored our bikes in the gym downstairs and they opened the side door for us each time. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff also gave us some excellent dinner suggestions.

Scrambled eggs and bacon on buffet breakfast were served cold- no option to keep them warm. Otherwise the breeakfast was really good.

Lovely hotel. Great room - super large bed with very comfortable mattress. Room very quiet. A/c worked well and not noisy at night. Minibar in room - used to keep drinks cool. Great shower. Plenty of space for clothes etc Really liked the hotel - water cooler machine, kettle in communal area to make hot drinks .Nice places to sit and relax inside and outside - overlooking well kept pool. Great breakfast - continually topped up. Close to Ciutadella - nice, easy walk. Spaces nearby to park car. Staff worked hard to ensure guests had a pleasant stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Menorca, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is simply unbeatable, just a short 5-minute walk from the charming town of Ciutadella. One of the standout features of this hotel is its fantastic location, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. This made dining and shopping incredibly convenient, providing a true sense of the local flavor right at my doorstep. The breakfast offered at the hotel was a delightful surprise. With multiple choices available, the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. it is good value for money. the only thing that could improve, the fancoil or AC in the room, it is a bit too noisy. For us it was not a problem as we are good and deep sleepers however a light one may have issue falling asleep in a hot day when ac is needed.

Excellent location Within easy walking distance to old town and restaurants Wonderful good sized swimming pool for doing lengths. There could have been a bit more options too choose from at breakfast and the scrambled eggs were cold, I wished they would have kept them warm throughout breakfast service, but the food that was offered was delicious and of a good standard.

Very friendly staff and there was always someone at the reception 24/7, the room were lovely and clean and the location of the hotel was brilliant there is a supermarket right around the corner and it was only a stones throw from the Center away.

The pool area is lovely but is shade for most of the morning, albeit a little later in the summer season. Not a criticism in any way just an observation.

Would have liked the chance to eat outside - some tables near the pool? Though appreciate this would make things more difficult for staff and most people would want to eat there so probably not practicable.

Location was great - quiet yet very central. Breakfast equally excellent. Good choices, constantly replenished. Very nice staff. Very courteous. Very clean.

Our room had the corridor and reception light shining in through the window past midnight. With only a voile curtain, we had to improvise and hang a towel at the window to block out the lights!

Great location, five minutes walk to the centre and the Harbour restaurants. Our room (107) was perfect for a short stay, a little small for any longer. Pool was great, no fighting for sunbeds! Free cold water dispenser. Lots of choice at breakfast which us available from 7.30 to 11.00
