The kitchen had no bowls which was a bit of a nuisance but all other facilities and appliances were really good. There was a good bit of noise from other rooms during the night and cleaning in the early hours of the morning

Super handy self-service machine inside the door of the apartment block which provides key cards once payment made. It was super easy to navigate.

The apartment was just perfect for the three of us. It was clean and confortable. The location was just perfect. Close to the Sagrada Familia , restaurants and metro. I highly recommend this place.

There was limited bathroom supplies and kitchen cleaning supplies. Keeping two rolls of toilet paper would have been nice. When asked for more being told that I would need to wait until the next morning doesn’t seem reasonable.

The code given was not working twice as we tried. We still need to contact the host or someone and speak through the door speaker. A little complicated to go in but very easy and convenient to check in..

Location is very good. in the middle of almost tourist attractions. Everything is almost provided. Comfortable accommodation and the mini map provided was also appreciated.

Machine is used for checked in which takes longer to complete. No instructions for oven and dishwashing machine to use so we were not able to use them. Every apartment we've been to they were simple to operate. It has the same induction stove but different brands. We were not able to use kettle as we cannot operate stove. No electric kettle. We have to put a cup of water in microwave to have hot water for coffee. I had an argument with the guy named Francisco as when I booked a taxi for the next day we leave (2 of us, the other 2 left a day earlier) he refused to take booking over the phone when I told him the other 2 people who left day before had no problem booking a taxi over the phone. I also told him that they have instruction inside apartment and to read No. 4 that clearly stated that if we need to book a taxi is to call and they will help. Francisco said he can only take booking if I email and not over the phone. This did not say in the instructions. It said to call. They should change their instructions if there are changes to rules.

One drawback was the absence of a reception or a point of contact for immediate assistance, such as requesting extra towels. While there was a cleaning service available, we didn't encounter them so often during our stay. Additionally, the bustling atmosphere of the surrounding area, with its numerous bars and restaurants, could be quite noisy, and improved soundproofing would have been appreciated

The accommodation was perfect for our family, especially since we were traveling with our 1-year-old. We loved the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen, and the spacious rooms provided a great play area for our little one. The property's accessibility via public transportation was fantastic, and we also enjoyed the option to explore nearby attractions on foot.
