There could be a little bit of street noise at night, but not a lot.

The location of the apartment was perfect! 5 minute walk to the beach and the supermarkets were across the street. There was room cleaning every day. The staff were very nice.

Kitchenette is REALLY small. The windows make noise when there's wind. There could be some dishwasing remedy and equipment.

Very noisy. My room was number 11. The window right above loading bay and main road. So traffic going non stop. In general the place needs little bit of repair. Also the room didn't have a kettle and microwave.

According review I was expecting mach worse.But if you don't mind a nose, as there is literally no sound insulation,it's ok for the price. Location is quite central 5 minutes walk to the beach.

WiFi could be hit and miss sometimes in my apartment, and trying to do some work meant I had to use data on my phone for Zooms!

The lower floors were very gloomy ad the trees on the square, though beautiful, blocked out the light. The stairwell was quite old and distressed in need of renovation.

I loved the proximity to the beach and transport. The square is quite beautiful and authentically spanish. The reception staff were very helpful and moved me to a higher floor where there was more light and a view of the docks and visiting cruise ships. Quite good value once you get used to the standard of the room. I'd probably stay again based on budget.

Slightly rude old man at the reception, wasn't ready to listen to what we wanted to say. Didn't agree for an early check in, had no reason why, just asked us to come at 2 pm when we reached at 11, which is absolutely fair but could've done with a smile but constantly kept staring at the screen and talk to us like we didn't exist or he was slightly annoyed why we'd arrived early. He was pretty useless in terms of answering any questions we had like bike parking, or bus to go to maspalomas. Avoid him and just google everything or ask a friendly local. The kitchen area or just standard cupboards were not stocked with enough utensils at all, no knife to cut veggies as well. You can only make tea / cofee maybe and just boil water for your pot noodles, nothing more than that.

Brilliant location, 5 min walk away from the beach, a plethora of restaurants and bars, very close to the las palmas main bust stop at Santa Catalina. The views were of the garden area, great but nothing special, was really nice to see a new ship at the poart everyday! It can get very noisy till midnight from the parties and bars adjacent to the hotel, didn't bother us as we loved the atmosphere. Comfy beds, not enough shampoo or soap in the bathroom, house keeping was excellent, change of towels every 2 days and cleaning of room whcih is great.

The apartment is a bit dated. It has no air-conditioning or double glazing and the decor is in need of touching up.

A lovely well equipped apartment with a bedroom, showerroom and lounge with kitchen and dining area. The lounge also had a sofa-bed so the apartment can easily sleep 3 to 4 people. It is very convenient as it is on the plaza at San Catalina.

Place definitely needs renovation, things and the design of the place is very old. It also got so hot that it was hard to stay in the room during the day or sleep well during the night. The place definitely requires an air conditioner. For the price better standards can be provided.

Location was good as it is close to city center and the bus station. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Two single beds instead of one double wasn’t great, we ended up falling in between them a few times after trying to put them together. The kitchen did not come with a kettle (even though there are mugs for coffee available?) which was inconvenient. Also there was nothing to clean dishes wish so had to buy our own. Shower did come with shower gel - but this did not get replenished after it ran out after a day. Was very loud during the night, ear plugs were provided. No AC - got very hot inside the room.

General room was decent for the price. It was clean, and had a good location. Having a small kitchen was also very handy. Overall for the quite low price we couldn’t complain too much.

The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, it sank in the middle. No water at all on the morning we left, this was not the hotels fault though.

The location is amazing and carnival was on and the room had amazing views of the stage. Not far from the beach very central.
