It can be a bit noisy at night and the shower pressure is not the best.

Room was very specious with a lot of natural light. Everything was well prepared, the room was clean, we checked in without any problems. The location of hotel is brilliant, not so close to the city center but with Metro line 2 mins away.

We could hear little bit of noise from hall, but nothing what would bother us.

Good position near metro, shops and restaurants but not in noisy city center, host was very friendly and helpfull, shared kitchen was clean, room is big enought even for a family of 3. Good accomodation for people who wants to explore city and needs just nice place to sleep.

I expected the room floor to be cleaned a little bit better/more (there was some dust there, but nothing too crazy).

Bathroom drains are not vented so the bathroom smells like a sewer. Kept the door closed which helped keep the stench out of our room. Shower had a lot of mildew and bathroom was not very clean.

Secure building in a nice local neighborhood away from the tourist zone. Easy access by metro from train station, Eixample and Gothic quarter. Walking distance to Gaudi’s Park Guell. Shared kitchen was clean and coffee/tea were provided.

The rooms don't have an air conditioner, so we were really hot all the time and it was uncomfortable because of that

Mattress on bed was loud during moving on it. Room was very warm (hard to sleep) even with the fan on.

Location of room is great - 10-15 minutes and we was in the city center (by metro). The room was big then we had much place to play with our kid. The host was very kind.

I only saw staff when I checked in and on one other day despite being there for a week. It would have been nice to have more of a presence so I could ask questions or for help with anything if needed.

Rooms were big and the property was in a great location away from the main tourist drag but close to the cool area of Gracia which has plenty of good bars, shops and restaurants.

The lift was not working throughout the week of our stay. The first room we got (room 2) was very small, but the second one, two days later (room 8) was fine.

The staff was friendly, the location is very good, near the metro and walking distance from Gracia and most Barcelona interesting places.

Our room was the budget room that was a bit tight but still had everything.

The fridge should be cleaner.

The accommodation's public transport connection was very good (buses, metro), and the host was very helpful, friendly and hospitable. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need (even a capsule coffee machine and your own shelf in the fridge). The room was cleaned regularly and above expectations, towels were changed as well.
