Myself & six family members recently stayed at the Best Negresco & we had a wonderful time. The location was great. The sea view from the hotel & pool was fabulous, with amazing sunsets. The food was good and the chefs who cooked the food were great. Ismael & Alba provided excellent service in the restaurant. The bar staff during the day and night were excellent. They helped to make the holiday special. David, Antonio, Jose, Damaris, Eric & Alejandro deserve special recognition for their excellent customer service. They worked so hard, were understaffed and always had a smile on their face. The drinks were of very good quality. You could not fault them. Also a special mention to Bea, Sebas & Mae…..they were such great entertainers & also made our holiday extra special. They were very friendly & worked hard to include everyone & make it a fun evening. The quality of the entertainment in the bar was great & for the first time ever, we all stayed in the Hotel every night. Bingo, dancing, music…we loved how it was so varied & not typically English. The room had all you needed, our sea view was well worth the extra money. The lady who serviced our room, 1227, was excellent. The towels were the only thing that let the room down. They were very old, looked dirty and marked at times. The reception guy in the evening was very helpful and always had a smile on his face. The daytime receptionist were not so. As they are the first people you meet, they did not give the hotel a good impression. Unfortunately, four out of seven had a virus and were quite sick for a couple of days. When I advised one of the day receptionist, she was not concerned and said to wait until 10am for some bottled water for my family!!! I understand it was not the hotels fault but receptionist could have been more helpful. Jet2 rang a couple of times to see if everyone was ok, which was great.

Open at last the gate between swimming pool and beach! Corona is already over! If you wish to restrict the area, just set the card-locker like in the hotel rooms. Wi-fi needs improvement.

The hotel stays at the cape with few steps from pool bringing to the beach. Rooms provide a wonderfull sea view. Staff is very nice and helpfull. Bus stop in few minutes walk provides connection with everything. Meal is good. We were here many times and hope to return.

Wifi is not on the level of all othe services of this Hotel. Each floor should have a separate wifi server so that guests have no problems. The best receiving signal is at the reception. We had situation of non being able to make a call, just to text. During dinner for deserts we did not once have ice cream made by the chef, although variety of the sweets was fine, we expect to have made ice cream as option at least in 3 -4 flavours.

Excellent hotel, very spacious room with good size terrace, wide variety of food for breakfast and dinner. We hade great view. Due to location of the Hotel highly recommend to reserve either B+D or all inclusive. The pool with perfect view and beautiful terrace in the morning to have breakfast while Nataly is serving you (while you enjoy morning coffee on the terrace). Special thanks to Nataly. Although we did not use pool during our stay much , because we were in love with the beaches nearby,it was always crowded. Through walk path beaches are connected to other beaches nearby. No to be missed. Take a walk, enjoy. .... Staff that cleans the room are very detail and we enjoyed our stay. The food is great and tasty and the chef made some great see food during our stay.

Poor insulation. You hear noise till late night from guests partying.

We booked 2 rooms (2 adults) and 1 room (2 adults + 2 children). Although we wrote a letter to inform the hotel in advance, when we came to check in, the receptionist still said that we only have 1 room (1 adult); 1 room (2 adults) and 1 room (2 adults + 1 child). We arrived after a long journey very tired after more than 1 hour still no check in. The receptionist said they didn't know, had to call Booking themselves. We were unable to contact Booking.com to resolve the issue. After arguing with the front desk staff for a long time, they also agreed to let 8 people check in. Room for 2 adults + 2 children only 2 single beds, it's terrible!!!

There were no amenities like supermarkets beside the hotel you had to travel to get anything and depend on taxi's everywhere.

The wifi was very sparodic The reception staff were not as helpful as I would have liked. They ordered a taxi to airport for me but twice the wrong size taxi arrived (there was 5 of us and a 4 seater arrived) even though I'd said there was 5 of us. We also had issues on the first night as our neighbours were drunk, loud and abusive to us. My daughter sustained a bruise from something they threw at us over the balcony. We asked to move rooms at reception but they said no and that they would have a word with them instead. They did. But it was awkward for us the rest of the holiday as the neighbours knew we had complained about them.
