Apartments very well equipped and a decent size

It was a little dated, and the double doors on the balcony had such a gap between them that I could get my hand through, whilst they were closed! Being windy, this meant they banged a lot which also led to the front door banging from the draft! We ended up wedging a flip flop in there, and it stopped the rattling, so that we could get to sleep! Found a few (small) cockroaches on the first night, as much as that’s no one’s fault, the big gaps in the doors didn’t give us confidence that they wouldn’t keep making it in… although thankfully we didn’t see anymore after that night.

Excellent location, we could walk everywhere. Beautiful views of the beach. The staff we spoke with were all lovely and helpful! The hotel was fairly quiet, as it was March, but that suited us as it wasn’t far to go out to the restaurants and bars!

Entrance hallway on 3rd floor was horrendous- in serious need of refurbishment, paint flaking from walls with wind howling through old rattling windows. Need to double lock front door to avoid banging in the draft. Really bad sewage smell on ground floor which you to pass en route to rooms. Whilst ground floor Queen Suite was decorated nicely the bathroom could do with an upgrade. There were lots of small black flies in the bathroom.

Stayed in 3rd floor 301 and ground floor 105 Queen suite- apartment has lovely view, nice decor. Queen Suite was much nicer with own sun loungers. Location is fantastic. So close to Playa del Jablillo, supermarket and town centre.

The floors in the breakfast room and the 2nd floor walkway are uneven , trip hazard.

These Apartments are in a fantastic location, the staff are really lovely and the reception and pool areas are really nice.

Couldn’t flush loo paper down the loo, shower not very powerful. None of these are the fault of the staff.

I love the Neptuno, the location is great, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the place is spotless, extremely clean.

We were warmly welcomed by Ruth and our apartment ready well before time.All the staff were so lovely and nothing was any trouble.Spotlessly clean and on the day of departure we had use of the baggage storage and the restrooms .It was a very relaxing break and I would recommend the Neptuneo. Close to the beach and the restaurant Dona Lola is worth a visit. Wishing you all a very happy New year 🎊

Pool not available until our last day, not informed when booking no pool, not happy. Not offered anything for the inconvenience either. Only one english tv chanel, usually have more choice.

Very large apartment with 2 balconies overlooking pool and sea.. Good location, short walk to square, quiet , 2 supermarkets within 1 min walk.value for money.

Great location near many restaurants and bars. Nothing fancy about the rooms but they are comfortable and many have sea views. Plenty of parking nearby and staff were super friendly

Toaster burnt the bread quickly and it took a bit of masterwork to get it done evenly on both sides and without getting it burnt.But that was a minor thing and we laughed about it

Location was perfect we had a Seaview.Room was basic but clean and spacious with a large balcony.Staff were all friendly and a couple of requests were met promptly.
