We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

NetherlandsI am very upset to say that when I was leaving I noticed a personal item of mine was missing (my long jeans). I reported it to the reception and after calling to ask if anything was found nothing much was done. I asked if I least a report of it could be made but nothing. The receptionist just said “what can I do?”. This is such a shame because beyond this my experience of the hotel was lovely. I hope they can deal with a situation like this better next time.
I thought the property was lovely as were the staff. Balcony was so pleasant to stay on during the day and evenings.

SpainThe hotel is rather dated and some of the facilities could use an update, including some accessibility upgrades. There was also some misrepresentation (or maybe just mistranlation) on Booking - my room was described as having both a bathtub and a shower but that was not true.
Considering the variety available at each meal, the quality of the food was consistently more than acceptable - I was never really woed, but there was always something available to suit my taste. I think on a long stay it might get a bit repetitive eventually, they seem to cycle through dishes pretty quickly. But by far the best aspect of the hotel is the location, if you're there to enjoy the varied nightlife at YUMBO.

This hotel has a perfect loction for any one that likes to go downtown to the bars and entertainment. It's realy close to the center of the fun.

United KingdomThe shower runs from too hot to cold and back every few seconds. Food in the restaurant dinner buffet is repetitive. The beds around the pool are packed together very close to each other - and unless you are down before breakfast there aren’t many left. You need to be alone and happy to sit inches from strangers, without a parasol.
The rooms are small, but lovely. They are cleaned every day, and the whole hotel is spotless. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

JerseyNoise from nearby Yumbo centre was occasionally intrusive. Relatively compact pool area, so not a huge number of sun loungers, and not always possible to find one in the sun unless you’re up early to beat the ‘Towel bookers’ so frustrating to have to sit in the shade while booked loungers in the sun are unoccupied.
Amazing staff, very helpful and accommodating Breakfast buffet is something to behold!! 😁 Secure WiFi for remote working is fast and reliable, with dedicated workstations for guests.

United KingdomThe amount of stairs to get down to the hotel and once inside more stairs and even more to reception - very difficult with heavy luggage. As a single room occupancy person I objected, not for paying for a double room, but paying for two breakfasts, I brought this up with the reservations manager, but there was no give. It would have been nice to have been offered a couple of lunches or dinners to recompense, particularly as I could have brought someone off the street in for breakfast as I was paying for two.
Excellent breakfast, great variety. Could do with a separate hot water system for those who want tea instead of having to wait for the coffee drinkers. Staff great .

United KingdomHyper overvigilant Pool attendant upsetting customers with sunlounger towel removal when they had gone for breakfast after 10 am. Very poor attitude, I know several different people around the pool made complaints about him.
Everything from check in to check out. The food and service was excellent from choice to quality. Lovely room, balcony and bathroom. Attentive maid service and cleaning. Bar and restaurant manager and staff were so friendly, welcoming and hard working. Great location. Our second visit.
