Just minor adjustments would be nice - the spa bath did not work, no tea or coffee making machine/kettle in the room. No Fridge. This did not affect a very enjoyable stay.

Friendly helpful staff, easy check in and out. Our Junior Suite was large and comfy - especially the large firm bed, good shower and a separate bath. Good heating too. Standard Breakfast selection - a choice that should suit all. The Pool area looked good - it was mid March so we did'nt use. We took the walk up the valley only going about halfway but its off the road with good views - enough to work up an appetite for the two excellent Dinners we had - the Chef is very good and at good prices too.

We arrived to our room in the evening after dinner and the card didn't work. I was waiting upstairs with our 4 year old daughter. My husband went down to the reception, there was no one, and no button to call someone. After waiting for quite some time he went closer to the reception desk to check if there is a phone to call or a button to press. The a dark haired lady appeared stating in the rude manner that my husband is not supposed to be there, when she is the one who was supposed to be there to help. Was quite disappointing the way she treated my husband. Otherwise, the stay was up to our expectations, we will come back for sure.

The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful! Check in / Check out process was fast and hustle free. The room was perfectly clean.

A kettle in the room would have been nice

The photos look much better than what you see in person. The room is gloomy, the furniture (especially the woven upholstery) is old and looks gloomy.

Very pleasant and polite staff, the town in which the hotel is located is quiet and cozy.

Shower over the bath and shower gel made the base of the bath very slippy. I fell and split my scalp Not overkeen on having to pay for parking to be near a lift - otherwise it was a very long drag of luggage to entrance Only one bin in room - in bathroom. Bar was pretty sterile and cafeteria like

Breakfast was a disappointment. Asked for a couple of fried eggs and was told not possible as they had some tepid yellow stuff which I was assure was scrambled eggs. Possible when it was made, but I was not convinced, tasted between cardboard and yellow porridge! I won’t mention the sausages!

unfortunelty had some issues with warm water being only slightly luke warm and lots of noisy ventilation that created loud vibrations in the wall. Also the room is badly noise insulated and you can hear the neighbors and everyone in the hall way.

Hotel is relatively new and looks quite professional. Staff is very friendly.

On arrival we were ignored by the staff for a long time (a lady in front of us gave up and left). Just a few words to explain how long we would need to wait would have been appreciated. Breakfast was awful, very limited options with no healthy choices except a small plate of fruit. The cooked breakfast looked very poor quality and as if it had been sitting out for hours. Definitely not worth paying for.

It was cheap, the bed was comfortable enough and there was free parking.

Wifi wasn’t good and only had one pillow which was a bit flat

Breakfast does not start until 8am, so if you want to have an early start it is rather inconvenient.

Our room was a good size and the bed comfortable. Upon arrival we asked about dinner that night and was told there was no chef so no dinner for guests that night. Which was very unfortunate for us. This meant a walk to find a restaurant in the village. The rooms were quiet we just had noisy guests nearby who woke us up when they came to their rooms at bedtime. Overall the hotel looked tired and dated, and very few staff available so we could not get a cup of tea when we arrived.

Lovely stay for 1 night outside of Tarragona. We mainly booked this hotel just so we could relax by the pool in this hot weather however the pool was having maintenance work done around it and this was not comminuted before we booked (we checked both on the website and booking and it said the pool is working) so that was disappointing. I think this information should be comminuted to each guest before they arrive and a discount should be offered because a swimming pool is very important in hot weather if you want to relax outside.

Only thing would be the location whilst it’s beautiful and scenic as the lunch menu limited we struggled to find somewhere to get lunch and landed up using a local shop instead as nothing in the area. My dad isn’t very mobile so struggled with the hills surrounding the area. We struggled at first to get a sun lounger but we got plenty a couple of hours later so that was resolved.

Staff so nice and friendly and appreciated the lovely lady in reception who helped us in translation she was lovely! The swimming pool lovely and nice sun loungers. Lovely pool view from window. Evening set meal amazing and good value for money. Waitress so lovely despite slight language barrier the lovely lady in reception went out of her way to help.
