Breakfasts are far from 5 stars. The choices were limited, especially lack of fresh vegetables was noticeable. Scrambled eggs looked and tasted like made from egg powder not actual eggs. Coffee machine was just a Nespresso automatic capsule machine, no milk foam or cappuccino possible. Rooftop bartender didn't know how to make cuba libre drink :/

Location next to the metro station and walking distance to many attractions. Rooftop bar was also nice! Very clean and spacious junior suite.

Breakfast nice but limited choice, very dark decor, only have a roof top bar for 5 star should have a bar/lounge area where guests can have coffee/drink, this is a 4 star not 5 star but still good 👍

The shower is in the middle of the room! It is in the pictures, so this is on me, but I did expect there to be a funky button that made the glass translucent or something like it. We were fine, but it was a VERY public bathroom situation, so be aware of this before booking. The pool is more of an Instagram pool than an actual place to dip/swim and there was some drama between the staff and other guests about when you can get in the pool. Rooms were a little small. Lacked a bit of a wow factor.

The staff were super helpful, before the stay in recommending restaurants etc, and during. The rooftop bar was so gorgeous with comfy seating and lovely cocktails. There were lovely little touches like leading the radio on for us during turndown, so we came home to music and things like that. Breakfast was a good quality, if a small selection.

The shower design could have been better. Ideally needs a dam or step to contain the water.

Everything was good but possibly the breakfast choices could have been better.

It was central. It was quiet. Loved the rooftop bar. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were all lovely.

The breakfast options were very limited.

All the staff members were kind and willing to help anytime. The location was central and walking distance to the cathedral, shopping streets, arc de triomf and good tapas restaurants.

The only slight niggle for me was that the bed was a bit too hard and gave me pain as I prefer a more medium mattress but that is just personal prefernce.

The hotel was in the perfect location. The room was spotlessly clean, nice and big, which we really appreciate. Lovely towels, extensive breakfast. The staff was so helpful and friendly and made us feel really valued.

Junior suite was wonderful with lots of space and amenities. Staff went above and beyond for decorating the room for Valentines, lovely touch requesting photos of my partner and myself to place in the room. Location is good for all bars, restaurants and attraction's. Buffet breakfast was good, the roof top pool and bar where an added bonus with great views and atmosphere.

It was a little on the dark side. Also, be aware that the shower stall is essentially in the middle of the room, and is mostly glass, so it might have been uncomfortable had I been traveling with someone other than my spouse.

Great location—we walked to everything. Staff was lovely and helpful. We took advantage of the beverages, including cava, at reception. The room was very comfortable.
