We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It’s simply amazing! Such an old building with a soul, restored and redecorated in the original style. We felt really welcome as did our little dog 🐕. Perfect place to relax and de-stress . We lingered for hours not wanting to leave this place.

This is a lovely and very unique hotel in a beautiful old part of Hondarribia. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there is a nice bar attached to the hotel, which attracted locals as well as guests. We booked this hotel the same day so didn’t have much room choice. However, as we had our dog with us, they gave us the biggest room they had, on the top floor with lovely views. The room was very comfortable and clean and the bed very comfy too.

Location was superb right in the heart of this beautiful medieval city with an excellent cafe-restaurant in the courtyard with helpful friendly staff and pet friendly! Room was lovely an attic room cosy and immaculate.
