The furniture was dated, the hotel is close to an apartment block and the neighbors were noisy. The strangest thing was the lack of a toilet brush.

In the center, in walking distance to multiple attractions and public transport. Breakfast was good but repetitive.

Sound isolation in room is quite bad... You can easily hear what other person is talking in the room next door or in the hall. Windows in our room couldn't be closed.

Hotel has a good location, you can reach the metro station in few minutes. Supermarkets and bakeries are near.

The room was small but nothing that caused any issues. The room was a little hot but the window could open!

Amazing location! Very close to the underground train and has its own stop! I did not eat their breakfast buffet but the hotel is close to many good food spots!

I was traveling alone so I got a single room, which was a bit small, but I guess this is the standard.

Great location and very friendly staff. I arrived 2 hours prior to the check in and they were able to accomodate me with a room. Nice breakfast and clean room.

My room was on the first floor and faced onto the street which was very busy and so it was quite noisy during the night. I had earplugs with me so it didn't disturb me too much.

The hotel was located within a 10-15 minute walk to La Rambla which was great! Staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The electric kettle in the room was a bit odd. When I tried to boil water, it started bubbling strangely, like there was some leftover cleaning stuff in it. It smelled like that too. I tried washing it in the bathroom, but it still had a funny smell. Whatever they used to clean it was way too strong.

Great location, very clean and it was renovated very well, the bathroom was really pretty and It had a bidet.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom and all the room was smelling bad the whole time. For its price the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Also it was small and not comfortable to move around the bed.

The room which I was initially assigned was on the first floor and facing right onto a busy street. The noise there was unbearable. After asking the reception for a quieter room, they kindly gave me a quieter and more comfortable one on the 5th floor. I really appreciated this. The room was perfect although the walls adjoining the next room were very thin and the guests in that room were extremely noisy. Nevertheless, for the price I paid, everything else was worth it.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was immaculately clean, modern, spacious and comfortable (especially the bed), the hotel location was excellent and convenient, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was varied, tasty and plentiful.

The bathroom always smelled like sewer, probably due to a floor drain. We tried out best to cover it but it still smelled and it seeped into the room. There was also a (false) fire alarm at 3AM and when we went down the emergency stairs, the last door that led to the reception was obstructed by construction materials and we had to push it out of the way in order to get out which is a big no-no. Thankfully it was a false alarm. Plus because there was construction work being done in the hotel, there was a lot of noise that started really early. I wish you would wait until 9 or 10AM when most of the guests are already out, but being woken up by construction at 7AM was not pleasant.

Location was amazing with great restaurants nearby. Came for a show at the Apolo so it was perfect! The room was amazing with a lovely balcony, very clean and comfortable. The staff was nice.
