Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom door doesn't have any closing mechanism, like it has no door frames, so there is a gap between the door and the wall, so you can hear everything from outside and can be a little annoying if you stay with your partner or a friend, personally i didn't mind.
The room was comfortable, the bed was pretty nice and big. I also liked the usb plugs on the bedside and the fact that the window lighted the whole room nicely, excluding the bathroom.

Facilities are outdated and you must rely on heating to keep warm at night (no thick blankets or extra duvets).
Good location, just a few minutes walk to the Metro Light. Helpful staff. Big enough room and bed. Free garage and outdoor parking.

No restaurant nearby! Because of the end of the year? The restaurant at the hotel also closed when we came!

The room was outdated with worn-out walls and a broken shower. There was no possibility to connect to Wi-Fi if you have an iPhone. Breakfast was limited to bread or croissants with cheese, sausage, and jam.

They had no air conditioning because they turn it off the end of Sept, and we had a hot night and got bitten by mosquitoes as we had to have the window open for cool air

The breakfast was ok, but for me (a vegetarian who prefers to eat ecofood) it could always be better in almost any hotel. It was a little noizy in and around the hotel. But at night it was ok. I slept well and don´t have any complaints.
I had a nice stay here. It was for work and it was a comfortable room to sleep and work. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Because of them I found out where to park in the city, for free (min. 5 hours) if I used the metro as well.

Wish there was AC during the hotter days in September. No fan was available.
Value for the money. Located in proximity to our vehicle rental agency. A very good breakfast included for the price and very nice people. They let us leave our bags until we returned 2+ weeks later for a second stay.

Breakfast was bit monotonous there were no egg as an options. I did not get IT support to use my office laptop due to firewall since IT is managed by 3rd party. They should have some call of system to help

Quit noisy as the walls are thin. Also its quit far from Madrid, not recommendable for a city trip but ok for an overstay on business

The breakfast was disappointing. I would have like a bit more choice and easier access to the milk. It would be nice to be able to buy wine or snacks with a bankcard.
The bed was very nice and comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The towels were clean! I like that there was a usb charging outlet.

Reception staff were very attentive at all times we spoke with them. Very good place to stay. It has a free garage and breakfast at a very low cost! It is a little far from the center, but it is very easy to get around (train way and metro).

Didn't stay for breakfast prefering to eat on motorway. Lack of bars/retaurants in immediate area. Hotel rooms seem to have very thin walls
Near to motorway and easy to find with plenty of parking. Nothing in the immediate area for entertainment or dining. You have to drive or maybe take a tram which runs very close to the hotel. With no restaurant open options for eating are limited
