The covers were too warm for the nice April weather.

Good location next to plaza de Espana, clean, convenient beds, ironing board and iron иin the room. The price was high because it was the night of opening of la feria de abril, nevertheless better than other hotels.

The room doesn't have a good isolation and we could hear people snoring in the other room plus other noises. The room itself was very outdated as well and the AC wasn't good.

The lobby bar/coffee bar wasn't open (Seasonal?) There are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms The thermostat in the room has no instructions

An excellent, relatively central hotel which is close to most amenities & not hundreds of miles from attractions etc. Entry to the building is via stairs or a ramp, which is handy. The reception area is a large, spacious area with clear white flooring & a seating area. Staff spoke good English & seemed extremely patient, polite & helpful. Breakfast is also served in a restaurant style area on the same floor. Nothing fancy but a decent choice (continental + cereal etc) & a nice clean seating area is good enough for me. Upper floors are accessible via two lifts or stairs & room entry is via key card. My room was surprisingly spacious with a similarly large ensuite shower/bathroom. Despite facing a relatively busy road, the room was basically silent with the window closed. My large double bed was extremely comfortable & housekeeping was in every day. There's a safe in each room & a wall mounted TV but I didn't use it. I also felt that my stay was excellent value for money. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay & would use this place again!

The electrical sockets are worn out and all needed replacing - I couldn't charge my laptop or my phone or my partner's phone using them, without a great deal of 'wiggling' to get a charge through - sometimes an overnight charge added 0% to the existing battery charge - which can ruin an entire day. It was a very big deal - the rest of the hotel was fine, no problems.

Everything was of a good standard and met expectations, apart from the electrical sockets which were old, worn out and need replacing - if you want to charge a phone or a laptop from them without holding the cable by hand to keep it charging.

It is very well located ( close to the Plaza Spain) and you can walk ( 25 min) to the main atractions. The garage is ok for a small car

My room was next to the technical room of the cleaning personnel - it was a bit disturbing in the morning since they needed to work and it was a bit noisy behind the door.

Modern and clean room, very cozy bed, good heating system, helpful staff members, diverse breakfast options and available take-away for early check-outs, good location - walking distance to the city center, amazing Plaza de Espana is very close.

No coffee set inside, kettle would be very much appreciated. Quite pricy for the old style room. Leaking toilet.

Duvet is not clean. The night temperature was around 2-3 degree, however Air conditioning is not working good. Air conditioner gave out cold wind even setting 30 degrees.

Everthing was fine and according to the description. However I would really like to have a possibility to have a kettle in the room. I hoped that 4-Star hotel would have one.

The room was clean and warm. Breakfast nice and in long hours. There was not much to complain about.

There remains a question about cost. Booking.com says we were able to cancel our first night and the hotel insists we have to pay for it leaving a bad taste for the administrative side of our visit.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the ventilation shaft.

Great location! Short walks away from attractions. Be aware that it’s located near a bigger street, but I am used to city noise, so it didn’t bother me. When windows are closed there is no noise problem. It was very clean and I felt comfortable. Very nice staff. I liked the breakfast, there was an appropriate diversity of foods.

The shower is in the bath. I usually prefer a proper stand alone shower and it always seems a bit unsafe getting in and out

Staff on reception were fantastic and the whole check in process was seamless. Very tidy room very more than adequate facilities. Comfy bed and plenty of channels on the TV

There appears to be next to no sound proofing between the rooms. If there for more than 1 night it could've been a big issue.

The hotel is super clean with good facilities. Our room had obviously been recently refurbished. The room was also available half an hour early for us. Location wise its right on the doorstep of the Plaza de Espana and just a 15 minute stroll into the centre. The tram stop is also only a couple of streets away if needed.
