Good value for money and had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean, comfortable with a friendly and helpful manager. Our bicycles were stored safely which was a real help for us. A great start to our Spanish journey.

The shower was not functioning correctly. It flipped upwards making it imposible to take a decent shower. The water temperature was properly regulated and was affected when other rooms used the water for toilet or vanity.

The owner was amazing. I found myself in Irun at 11pm and alone after my connections were delayed. She had the patience of a saint in explaing the access details, code and room number to me. Great location just up from the bus station.

Room was very small and felt spartan. It was hot. There is no air conditioning or a fan. We had to leave the windows open at night to get some cool air. As a result, we could hear street noise. The combination of heat and noise made it hard to sleep on our second night. The first night was OK because it wasn’t as hot. There was a safe place for us to leave our bicycles, which was very nice. There was no kettle in the room so we weren’t able to make any tea or coffee in the morning. In addition, there was no breakfast or coffee provided in the lobby. However, there is a very nice café, a few steps away that opens at 8 AM. It seemed expensive for what we got in the room but it’s probably because of the location. Air-conditioning or a fan, and a kettle with some mugs and tea/coffee would have made it feel like better value for money.

The room was very clean. The shower was hot and the shower curtain was clean. 😀The beds were comfortable. It was in a good location close to a train station and at a convenient start of the Camino.

Soundproofing could be better but didnt bother me

I was a bit scared based on the reviews here and the googlereviews but was totally fine! Its not a memorable beautiful hotel but central, clean, had a good shower with very hot water and a comfy bed. Walls a bit thin but road pretty quiet and close to the station. Perfectly pleasant for a night in transit. The receptionist was very nice

Property asked me to message with time of arrival, which I did. On arrival I rang several times for entry so had to wait outside. Eventually someone (possibly the owner) answered and asked me if I was sure that I was staying that night!

- Clearly, this room has been used by smokers. The smell was present for the entirety of my stay, which made it somewhat uncomfortable.
