You don't get every day cleaning. The bathroom door didn't close completely so you don't have enough privacy if you are with someone

Compared to previous places we stayed, there was less interaction with staff, such as recommendations on local restaurants and sights, although we note that this is an auto check in property.

The hostel was in a fantastic location - very close to the old part of San Sebastián. The room was very comfortable and spacious for us as a couple, and would also be great for friends or others travelling together. Thank you for having us!

A small coffee machine is available, but no kettle for tea making which was a shame. Otherwise was spot on.

Great location to explore the town. Spotlessly clean and well organised. No staff seen at all, but pre-provided check in process and access codes worked perfectly.

Location in easy walking distance to bus station, both beaches and the town. There was a lift to the first floor where the room was. Although initially sceptical of the number pad entry it worked very well (no key to carry around). WI-FI was good. Took a train to Tolosa for a day excursion excellent. Ate in Cassa Julian, expensive but a must, fab experience, just needed my shirt letting out at the end of the meal.

The wifi connection was not always working. In 6 days, I've never seen any staff/someone at the reception.

Since it's an auto check-in hotel, traveller's might need to think about if on-site staff help is needed. Also, the drain in the room (103) we stay did not work properly.

The only thing was that the towels did not get replaced during our stay as the rooms aren't serviced during your stay and we were there for 5 nights. This isn't a big deal and the towels dry quickly on the balcony

Great location, the room was clean and the aircon was really good to combat the heat. Our room had a really nice balcony, overall our stay was really great! It was a bonus having the coffee machine and water cooler in the reception area, the best water we had all through Europe.. Also, the fridge was really handy

Great location. It was quiet for our stay and the room was comfortable. It was lovely to have our own balcony and a coffee machine in reception. There are fantastic cafes and bars nearby and great location for the old town. Easy walk from the bus station. Two beaches are walkable too. All good!

Mattress was slightly lumpy but ok. Could have done with a few more than 4 hangers, or some hooks on the wall.

Great location, quiet room, decent air con, great shower, communal Nespresso machine, water cooler and fridge was a great touch, no fussing about with checking in etc, great communication via messaging on the app and a great price!

Loved everything. Only comment is that the sign for the pension is very small so you could easily walk past when you are looking for it.

Reasonably priced. Modern little pension. Easy self check-in. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Free coffee machine. Positioned in Gros close to beach and only 5 mins walk from Old Town.

There is a fridge for you to put food in with a designated shelf for your room, but it would be much better if you had cutlery and a mug in your room so that you can eat your food properly and make a proper cup of tea as there are only tiny espresso paper cups in reception. And the only thing that was a big thing missing from the room is hooks for your towel.

Great location, very near Zurriola Beach, easy walk to the old town and la concha beach. Easy self check in with a code for the front door and your room (very handy not having to carry a key around). Nice hot shower, comfortable bed, good lighting in the room with lamps and convenient switches, power socket next to the bed, air-conditioning, small TV opposite the bed. Although there is no staff around they are responsive when you message them about anything. You can request to have your room cleaned if you're staying more than 4 nights which was much needed as inevitably your bins get full and the room gets sandy. I was able to leave my bags before and after check in/out which was very helpful. Would stay again.

The mattress was pretty awful, I could feel the springs inside.

A prime location, 10 minutes walk from the old town and I was able to walk to everywhere. The street outside was loud at nights but the balcony door blocked the majority of it. My room and the bathroom were spacious and the water pressure in the shower was also nice. A good A/C too.

I dont like the mattress and the pillows are really bad. The AC was working but even at its strongest would barely cope with meager 25 degrees. The room is cosy at best, difficult to share by two. Free toilletries are basic/bad. Not a fan of the shower room glass partition, which is really inconvenient if you're sharing. All and all I thought it was a bit expensive for what it provides you with.

Really good location close to the beach and old town. Gros as a neighbourhood is also very interesting. There was a communal microwave, coffee machine, cattle and microwave which was unexpected. The online check-in is totally seamless and convenient. The room is silent if you keep the windows closed. There is a fan available on top of the AC.

Lovely clean and comfortable room with a bathroom and a balcony. We had everything we needed and slept very well. Great location in Gros which is a great area, walking distance to the beaches and the old town, the rail and bus stations etc. Would definitely return.

This is the first time I experienced auto-check in, very convenient! room is really clean and in a good zone. But it is a pity there is no staff, no one to talk. I am happy that there is a machine for water and coffee. Be careful with the check-out time, the door can not be opened the code assigned to you right after 11am:)

It's a little hard to find as there is just a small sign on the street and the door is shared with apartments. Only one pillow each on the bed but that seems normal in Spain.

Great location - 5 minutes walk from a beach and 10 from the old town but not too busy an area. Good to have a balcony and air con. Handy communal fridge with shelves for each room. Auto check in was simple once we found the place.
