I may have a sensitive back, but the bed and mattress somehow killed me and got very high pain after 2 days. Rest of the family was ok with it, but I have personally very sensitive back and was quite tough for me.

Location in a quite area, with a nice bar right beside and metro station 2 mins walk. Room was quite spacious even for the 4 of us. The rooftop was 👌

The staff in the restaurant in the evening were not acknowledging us even when you tried to get their attention and unorganised and unhelpful. Was disappointing considering the amount of money we spent in the restaurant and the food was also not that appealing. This was our first night there so first impression was not great. Rest of the staff were nice.

Staff at the desk: felt like I was bothering them. They were polite mind you, but not welcoming, smiling or very eager to help. The card keys didn't work a couple times and I dreaded going and asking 'cause no matter how smiley and calm I was they weren't really happy. I had interactions with 3 staff members at the desk in total. The mini fridge overheats in the cupboard, so the desk will be warm.

Loved the room, the shower had good power, loved that you could see the temperature and time on the mirror. Location-wise was ok, (has a laundromat just right the corner, with €6.50 you can do a huge 15kg load and dry it too, and it will take only 45 minutes, the rates at the hotel are exorbitant and they'll take one or two days to get it back to you), close to the metro station to go everywhere. It's about 25 minutes to the beach. Rooms were comfortable, bed unusually large but extremely comfy, clean. I saw a lot of reviews that said that the walls were too thin and the rooms noisy, I live in London where there's no silent ever, but I found the nights really silent, so I have no complaints whatsoever. Breakfast very good selection.

Staying on the lower floors (we stayed on 2) meant you could hear the breakfast area below which in the mornings was quite loud, even at night you could hear the movements of chairs/tables

Good area in between marina/beach and Sagrada. Close to two metro lines and rooms were cleaned by 11am every day.

Restaurant and bar staff were very busy. General communication barrier resulted in some staff outwardly showing their frustration i.e shaking head and waving hand as walking/running off. This then resulted with my party feeling a little uncomfortable at times and slightly humorous. Food came out lukewarm many times , which then had to be sent back to the kitchen. Martin was pleasant and always tried to maintain professionalism.

The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The young man at reception at check was professional and tried to be helpful. However the young women working with him was a little inpatient and this continued to be more evident as she was checking us in. She did however manage to give us all rooms the same floor. This I had already requested before hand, but was told by her that the request had not been put through! The spa was good and treatments were very good.

Spa too small and too busy during family / children hours. First room was an internal room which overlooked the spa. Very noisy and dark with little natural light. Hotel did move us after first night to an exterior room which was much better. Reception staff not particularly friendly, purely functional.

Great location, communal space and comfortable rooms (apart from initial internal room). Superb rooftop space. Good breakfast and bar food. Bar staff (Katia) very pleasant.

The spa was a bit disappointing, the pool was small, the pool "showers" were just running water with no pressure. A jacuzzi would have made the experience much better.

Lovely hotel, beautiful lobby area and room was spacious and clean. Location was great! Especially close drive to the marina area where a lot of the clubs amd casino are located, but also close to restaurants and other landmarks. The price for this hotel was great for what it offers . The rooms are not soundproof what so ever which is why I would not return, I was woken up every night by people talking, doors slamming it was far from ideal. Also the sky bar shuts at 8 which I thought was too early.

Great location about 30 min walk from city centre, spa is great and gym functional.
