Location was great: close to everything but in a quite area. Stuff are extremely helpful, accommodating and very efficient. We loved our featured room, has a lot of space and character.

The hotel has introduced a dodgy process of trying to verify your credit card independently from Booking.com. I have reached out to both the hotel as well we Booking.com to indicate that this is wrong, and gives an impression of Frau, and it confuses customers about if their booking is confirmed (as stated by Booking.com) of not. I would never respond to such a fraud-like request which looks like my account at Vooking.com was hacked!

Location of the hotel is excellent, close to Retiro park and central shopping at Calle de Serrano, and yet quiet and shielded from the noisy Madrid traffic that goes on very late.

Wonderful boutique hotel! Loved that they accommodated our family of 4 with bunk beds for the kids. Very cute! Staff was so helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Included breakfast was delicious with much variety and especially great with the kids.

Our stay in the family room was less comfortable than anticipated due to its size. Contrary to the 30 sq. m listed on Booking, the actual size was only about 24-25 sq. m. The living area, in particular, felt cramped at just 16-17 sq. m. The room had two small windows, but they overlooked a narrow courtyard, offering no view and minimal natural light. Additionally, the room lacked a coffee machine, which was mentioned in the Booking details. Instead, there was only an electric kettle with a limited selection of tea bags that were not restocked during our stay. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 3-star establishment rather than the 4-star rating it was given.

The hotel is in a great location, quiet but in the heart of the city. The building is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and clean. Fatima at reception was very helpful. The breakfast buffett is quite good with a variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel.

No water both mornings as there are issues with power, pressure and necessary work to be undertaken. Seemed to be a recurrent problem, confirmed by external people and not an exception as the staff told us.

Location is excellent, very central and still very calm during night time. Parking close to but careful: prices are skyrocketing after 11hours of parking, so best to look for another option than Montalban!

Inaki and the whole Lealtad team were so accommodating with nothing too much trouble. A very comfortable and clean room (every day) with everything you need within walking distance. Taxis and the metro are so easy to use and very cost effective. Would thoroughly recommend
