We had a three-bed room and the third one was a kind of extra temporary one very uncomfortable and little as if it was for a kid. Sad we were not given three proper beds if the hotel does not have a room equipped for three adults, we should have been informed and therefore, take two rooms.

Breakfast was amazing and even included gluten free options that staff provided us with. Amazing buffet with loads to choose from. Loved it!

Very centrally located on a pedestrian street, minutes from a metro station. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions to place to visit and eat. Spotlessly clean. A great place for families visiting Madrid.

As a consequence of its central location, there is a lot of noise coming from the streets (especially around 4am when the clubs close). This was an unpleasant destruction… Furthermore, the bath facilities, although being clean, need a bit of maintenance…

The hotel is located at the heart of Madrid; therefore, it’s super convenient to reach La Latina, Plaza de Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, etc. We are truly grateful to the ladies at the reception, for they were polite and willing to assist us.

The hotel needs some maintenance, peeling moulding in bathroom, bath sink counter needed replacing, etc but merely aesthetic issues not directly affecting quality of comfort. AC/heat is central, meaning if it’s hot in your room as ours was in the night we had to open balcony doors. This brought in cool air but also considerable street noise and cigarette smoke. The front desk person kindly sent up a fan which helped a bit but it was problematic, unexpected in this quality modern hotel.

Excellent location, central to everything including metro within a few blocks in either direction. There is a welcoming and very attentive staff, from front desk to housekeeping they are the hotel’s best asset.

The hotel has a great location. The room was clean, spacious, and nice. We made a last-min booking, but the hotel was able to accommodate us for a room with balcony and nice street view. The staff members were friendly. The safe is big enough for a 16” laptop. Very happy with their service.

we had breakfast one day and we think it was very expensive (14€) and limited. the coffee was from the machine and wasn't pleasant. i don't suggest having breakfast.

the hotel has an unbeatable location, just right at the centre 2mins from plaça sol. close to subway stops and also 30mins on foot from the train station. the room and also bathroom was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, we arrived after midnight and had a very smooth checkin and warm welcome. It was a very comfortable stay, we were happy overall.

Location is amazing, right in the city centre close to all you need to see while in Madrid (even by foot). Breakfast is the highlight of this place with a lot of variety and choices, from eggs to little bottled smoothies.

I believe that breakfast could be better. There was a choice of eggs / bacons, different pastries, but I would not call it as "very good breakfast". The vegetables and fruit were of most basic quality possible, as well as coffee. Talking about value for money, next time I return to Madrid, I would book a room without any breakfast and have a cup of good coffee, fresh croissant or Italian pastry just near the corner.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center. I stayed three days in Madrid and did not have to use any means of transport, as all the cultural spots (Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Museum de Prado, Retiro...) are reachable within a comfortable walking distance. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was very well equipped - great rain shower, hot water coming immediately, toiletries, hairdrier, and finally, great light so that to do the makeup or hairdo without any inconvenience. The day when we arrived we discovered that the window does not close properly. Next morning I mentioned it to housekeeping lady, and the maintenance guy fixed the problem in 30 minutes, while we were at breakfast. We could also regulate the heating in the room, and the temperature was very comfortable all the days, despite the cold February nights outside. The reception girls were always open for help, very friendly and talked in English, which happens not that often in Spain:)

The cushions were a bit dirty, as was the floor which was not swept around the armchair properly- with crumbs etc. The chair in the room was worn and the double bed was sloping - so I ended up sleeping on a bunk.

The location was great. Noisy at night but to be expected- just as well the double glazing was good. Beds were made every day and the bathroom was cleaned so that was great. Sheets and towels are good quality and plenty of them.
