The room was very clean but the fridge was full of the last guests food, was sorted really quickly so not a terrible situation.

Well, facilities need renovation and the kitchen was poorly equipped but good value for the money.

Perfect location very close to beaches, the nearest just 2 mins away. All shops restaurants and bars nearby. Regular cleaning and new towels everyday.

The only issue with the hotel was the pool was dirty so we never went in it and they don't offer beach towel rental. But everything else was great.

Great hotel in a great location. Step outside and you are on the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance from Lidl and the bus station. Also very close to the sunset strip (café mambo etc) with the sunset on the beach close by amazing as well, we could see this from our room. Room was clean, we will be staying again.

basic decor (but in line with price paid) was noisy, could hear furniture moving and people coming in in the early hours

Pool is slightly small

The room was über spacious, had a kitchen and the hotel was hardly 50m away from the sunset strip.

My neighbors were having a party every single day of my stay which make it hard to relax and fall a sleep at times, but all the time I rang the reception they sent the security guy to talk to them.

The place is very clean, huge and the staff are very friendly. Shower is really great and they give you on your first day a set of sponge, soap and a tea cloth(in case you're wondering). Also, we got a bottle of wine + almonds which was great! I think salt and sugar could be something offered by them, but not something that I'd consider a con. Location is great! I really recommend!

it was exensive for what we got. still, it is Ibiza...

the location was good, close to the beach and easy to get to the city center. the room was clean enough. I got a very nice view but my friends not so much.

sea view was just a peak of the ocean,we faced out onto the street,Room wasn't cleaned every day,just given fresh towels & other essentials,Taxis from reception proved difficult to get,Didn't like where pool was situated & was very basic & no unberralls.

Apartment was very spacious & beds were really comfortable,Staff were very friendly & very helpful,Good location,Probably a little disappointed at first when heard no bar or snack bar but we had the bar right next to us that was great value & Lovely staff.

There was a light cigarette smell in our room but it wasn’t too bad.

The rooms are quite large, have lots of space, amazing air conditioning, and a small kitchenette for cooking and cleaning. There was also a pool which was nice to sit by during the day.

There was blood on the bathroom door which was not cleaned despite being requested, there was a chip in the tile in the room which was reported to be told it is safe and not a problem yet it cut my foot.

Check in was very easy and quick, the staff were very helpful. The reception area is clean, the luggage store room is big and convenient. The hotel is a 1 min walk to the beach and has a supermarket opposite and plenty of restaurants close by.

Not as shown on the pictures and the room had only one window but with no natural light so it felt a bit like a prison cell.

Where do I start? It was like a form of torture. I could go on all day but for the sake of my sanity and the flashbacks of this awful place I won’t. The bedroom smelled disgusting, the bedsheets smelled of bleach, so bad that I didn’t sleep a wink. The AC smelled of dust, if I could give a minus hygiene score I would. The smell of smoke coming from the hall through the paper thin door was awful, and not enjoyed while I sat up all night trying not to concentrate on the smell of the bed. Absolutely vile, criminal in fact.

The staff were super friendly and attentive with anything we needed. We put a request in which got met which was so lovely of them. Amazing value for money for location and time of year. We have stayed here previously under a different company but this year was so much better. We will be rebooking next year and telling our friends too.
