A little noisy in the early hours.

Very clean everywhere. Pool area throughly cleaned each morning . Pool area staff really happy in their work . Close to the beach . Easy to check in . Room comfortable. Comfortable bed.

The view from balcony was not the best Had to ask for more toilet paper as one day none was left & it had ran out. Reception provided so not a problem.

Bathrooms are outdated but everything was spotless.

Friendly staff, super clean, lovely view from the front of the hotel. Try to get a room with a Seaview. Rooms are basic and comfortable. 15mins walk to Ibiza Town. Only a few minutes walk to a beach in the opposite direction.

old kitchen with a very slow working electric stove wifi was barely working in our room very loud music next to the swimming pool, it was impossible to come there to just relax

They have rooms close to the reception and early morning you can hear people checking in or talking load from the reception. As a suggestion, a simple door separating the corridor that goes to the rooms from the reception area would probably solve the problem.

Bathroom a little snug - toilet sandwiched between shower and sink. Probably wouldn't have been an issue for a less chubby girl. Bathroom door (211) probably needs replacing as it looks like damp is creeping in at the bottom. Toilet is a little rocky. None of this detracted from my stay.

Fabulous location - walkable to most places, easy to get to the bus station for day trips. Remarkably quiet considering the area is tourist central and party closing season. Fabulous view from the sea front balcony. And cheap.

I purchased my room with all inclusive breakfast on booking .com. When I got there they said I had to pay again. The staff at front desk. Snippy and didn’t seem very patient with too many questions. They didn’t treat others. So I got a vibe because we were ‘American” I still didn’t let it bother me. We went about our business .

It was a big room. The pool was nice. It was my first time in Ibiza. The pool staff and bartenders were amazing. Friendly!

It would have been better to have more space to put our staff.. Music at the pool every morning at 11:00, people need to sleep in Ibiza, because you party all night long.

The view is stunning. Comfortable beds. They were changing towels every day and also clean the floor every day. The pool is really nice, even if the water is super cold. The shower is really good.

The room was paid for sea view, except the view was interupted by bunch of street garbage containers that were emptied every morning very loudy. The sewer stinked from the bathroom and beds were not comftable to sleep. The hotel is in old shape and it is expensive for the money.

It was near to Figurretes and near to the main Port.

Would be nice if you for guests leave some tea or coffee, salt, sugar, that not need everything to buy. 2 days was bad smell in bathroom something happened with sewerage.

We had apartment with sea view 2 second floor and that was amazing. If want silnce book with sea view room. From apartments easy to go everywhere by taxi and 20 min from old town by foot 🦶. Stuff were very nice and kind.

The swimming pool is the heart of the hotel , but needs cleaning on a daily basis. Sometimes it was in need of cleaning ie: lots of sand , cigarette butts and hair in or on the side or in the pool area, life guard could spend more time keeping the pool area clean and tidy for the guests rather than socialising with them.

Don't come here if you actually want to sleep at night - a bit of a party hotel with people running around screaming all night. I had one quiet night so it is a bit hit and miss if you are not super young and in Ibiza to go clubbing!

The pool area was a little tired and would benefit from a fresh coat of paint also the pool bar food menu could be improved.

It costed us 557 euros for two nights with breakfast, which is on a little higher side.

The facts that the room was spacious, had an amazing view, there was a great swimming pool, breakfast was amazing, had a kitchenette make this hotel perfect for stay in Ibiza. However the walk from taxi stand and bus stop is around a km, but still a perfect stay. There is supermarket for all needs just next to the hotel. Location of the hotel in Ibiza is perfect. Everything is nearby. Continue hot water supply too.
