This was our second stay here, and we loved it just as the first time. especially the location, which is perfect. The hotel is small but really convenient. The breakfast packs was a lovely idea.

They had a 24 hour coffee center, and left a couple treats on our door in the morning. We did use and enjoy what they offered.

We stayed in the top floor room with the terrace, what an amazing view, perfect facing for sunset evening too. Friendly staff amazing central location. Perfect facilities no issues at all. The free coffee and snack corner in the hotel was a great extra touch!

Shower water pressure and temperature was at times 'off' but nothing that prevented a shower. Having an additional waste basket in the living area would have been ideal, but nothing that was difficult to manage.

Location was ideal for reaching places on foot, and a few steps from a metro station. Having a 'coffee corner' with basic breakfast supplies (and a microwave for personal food in the evening) was great for flexible dining choices. Finding a small breakfast pack on our door, was also a nice surprise - having an in-room fridge was also very convenient.

There was no ventilation in the room or the bathroom at all.

The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable! The staff was helping and very welcoming. Every morning we got 2 bottles of water and some muffins and corissants. A good value for our money(:

Cute, well-located, environmentally sensitive hotel. The room was small, but the use of space was efficient and it was comfortable. Very happy with it.

Water from the shower was spilling on and making the floor wet in the bathroom.

Very good location,close to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, quiet place,comfortable bed and pillow. Clean bedsheets. Available small fridge with water and every day they provided small bottle of water and small pastries in the morning. I really liked the idea of not having plastic card, code for the room provided by email. Coffee corner with two machines, tea and fruits Available,place to relax.

Is not that I didnt like it but, just be aware that rooms are very small just in case you need something larger, let them know. There are some stairs to get to the elevator, but staff is very friendly and they can help you with your luggage if they are around!

Room needs a revamp and the bed needs to get steadier (maybe replace with one without wheels).

Perfect check in! The young lady and gentleman that checked us in were immaculate. Night receptionist was very kind and smiling too. We were surprised to be upgraded to a larger room. And they left little sweet treats every day on our door. The all day tea/coffee bar was also a lovely touch. Lovely space, clean room and sustainable attitude. Very convenient to go to the centre of Madrid.

Stayed there for 3 nights and everything was perfect - especially the location! Right next to Plaza Mayor and very very close to all the other tourist places in the central. Rooms are not huge but practical. Comfortable bed and pillows. The little treats they leave at your door really brighten your day. Stuff is helpful and always smiling. The hotel also has an area downstairs where you can get free coffee & juice & cookies. Overall, perfect stay for the price range! Don't hesitate to book.

Nothing - this hotel is incredible and I couldn't recommend it more.

Wow, incredibly impressed with this 'two star' hotel. Really quite exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and really make you feel welcome. The bed was very comfortable, the room was sleek and modern, the check-in process was easy and the location is unbeatable, right between Sol and the main plaza of Madrid. The cherry on top was opening my door to find a bag with complimentary croissant, donut and water in the morning - completely free. They also offer free coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day. Will absolutely be back!

Amazing location! The staff was great and the breakfast area very nice. They had coffee, juice and fruit. Most highly recommended and will definitely stay there again.

Morning breakfast is really minimal but then again how not go for a local toast con tomate y jamòn et café con leche? Maybe at the nearby Mercado?

My only comments for improvement is the air con unit didn't work. Also the shower leaked water on the floor. I think it needs a bigger door and water sealant on bottom of the door
