The room was great except it promoted that it was quiet. We heard absolutely everything going on in the next room, from conversations, snoring and water running...people were coming and going all hours..would probably recommend staying on the top floor if you want sleep

Close walking distance to everything. Parking facilities great. We were upgraded to a self contained room so managed to cook.

The apartment was very light and modern inside and spotlessly clean. The roof terrace was terrific for chilling out at the end of the day, or morning coffee before setting out. It was slightly away from the busy centre but only a 5-10 saunter with plenty of bars and restaurants along the way. And it was only a couple of minutes from the beach and the lovely park

A lively spot near the beach and many eating places. The room was not too big, however it had a full size mirror, electric kettle for tea/coffee and even ironing equipment! Bathroom not small, shower very good. Huge rooftop terrace with sunbeds and superb view for sunset

There was a dog in the room above us and was restless or playing with a toy from the early hours. Pillows a little firmer than we like, hard

The bathroom was quite small and there was a bit of a drain smell but I think in that area of southern Spain it’s inevitable .

the location was excellent and the reception was very efficient. the apartment was cleaned and the bed and towels changed after two nights. the cars windscreen was also cleaned whilst in the parking .

The air conditioning would only stay on for a few minutes. Often times at night we would wake up sweating because the room was so hot. I understand energy conservation is important, but this was a little ridiculous!

Superb accommodation. Located next to one of the best and most authentic places to eat out in Cadiz, but very well soundproofed so no noise from the street and very little from other rooms - a rarity in Spain! Smooth and fast check in and friendly staff.

You need to walk 10-15 minutes to visit any attraction in the city and also it's a half hour walk from the train and bus stations. There are city buses stopping nearby but they won't be of much use for the sight seeing. No chair and no table in my room because the layout wouldn't allow (large bed in the middle). The hotel does offer some common spaces where you could sit with a laptop.

Clean, tranquil and comfortable accommodation, suitable for long stays and for most types of travellers. Spacious rooms, large beds with quality mattresses, 5 star quality bathrooms. All looks and feels new and is clean,well maintained and functional. The personnel were friendly and they speak English at the reception. Reasonably priced breakfast was kind of OK. Scrumble eggs, bacon, butter croissant and Nutella worked fine for me with coffee from the auto machine is drinkable. Lots of restaurants.amd bars nearby to choose from, however mind the opening hours as they are not open all day and some of them are closed on Mondays and even on Tuesdays some times. The hotel also has a lavatory where you can wash and dry your clothes. Wifi worked perfectly in the room as well as my 4G and phone reception. Totally recommended!

Lack of view from the apartment windows. Accessing the location's street by car was a hassle, lots of one way streets and the only one leading to the location was blocked by a truck, so we spent 15-20 min in circles trying to reach the location. Eventually we decided to park in a nearby parking place and walk to the location with the luggage.

Located close to the beach, the historical area and a large public parking lot (cheaper than the one offered by the reception, but it was out in the open, not underground. The apartment was clean, large, with a kitchen area. The windows were facing another building, so no view at all, but I guess that other apartments had different views.

Only very minor negative was the time it took me to work out how the heating/AC controls worked but, once mastered, there was nothing not to like!

Firstly, the hotel is in a narrow street with restaurants & bars that have tables outside so, when we arrived, we were causing a holdup until Alvaro appeared out of nowhere to stop the traffic and guide us into the entrance to the underground parking…so, full marks from the outset! Nice Studio Apartment in the main building and good breakfast selection just a few doors down the street. Recommended restaurants in the same street for an evening meal.

Smallish room. Air conditioning turns off after 4 hours which is inconvenient if desired for sleeping.

Three minute walk to the beach. Great buffet breakfast for €10. Rooftop terrace building 61. Elevator to 2nd floor. Window for fresh air. Air conditioning. USB connector bedside. Refrigerator, iron and ironing board, drying rack. Helpful cleaning staff. Great shower with hot water. Great Tapas restaurant across the street. Motion sensing lights in stairwell. Security door at front. Helpful staff. Paid for parking across from the beach for €15/day.

Super clean and very well maintained hotel. Very comfy beds. Excellent location in Cadiz hold town but very quiet thanks to impressively soundproof windows. Very good breakfast and excellent tapas bar next to hotel. Secured parking available although a bit expensive.
