It is noisy with loud music at night, but this is mostly expected. Not sure if you could have thicker glass to reduce noise.

Location was excellent, right next to main Plaza, full of outdoor restaurants to choose from. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable in every way. Nice hot shower. Good black-out curtains. Able to park our rental car close by in the Plaza Mayor underground parking lot.

Pastry could offer more choices and I would also appreciate some pancakes or other warm sweet breakfast options, but other than that, all great.

Great location, kind staff (mostly Maria assisting our breakfast), clean and surprisingly quiet room for the location and a discount for our parking at Plaza de las Descalzas situated 6min by walk from this place and also quite good breakfast for the price. We enjoyed the large offer of juices incluiding a fresh orange juice as well as whole fruit availability. Would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom is separated only by a glass wall and there is actually no soundproofing. But it is not critical, especially if you stay alone.

The hotel is located in a very good location - 3 minutes to Plaza Mayor. The staff is friendly, helpful and cheerful. Everything was tidy and clean. The room was small, but perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Breakfast - Kiwi smoothy was a good addition to the standard continental menu.

Wifi was very fast. The reception staff were excellent, especially Olga who was very friendly and gave good recommendations for places to eat. Good communication with reception staff. Good location to the plaza.

Great location! Quaint sidewalk cafes, short walk to lots of stores. We had a corner room and it was great; nice size with 3 small balconies. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a quadruple room with a bunk be, which was definitely not the comfiest. The top bunk was set pretty low so you can’t sit on the bottom one and there was only one chair besides that. I believe other rooms will be fine.

Using the bathroom at night meant floodlighting the bedroom due to the glass bathroom walls. And hooks for hanging coats would have been useful.

Really great central location. So convenient for all the attractions. Wonderful staff - helpful and Jon gave great recommendations for food and sites to see. Awesome breakfast spread. Had an outside view and it was great to hear the city sounds. Not too noisy either so no issues sleeping.

The TV had only Spanish programs - may it is time to change it?

The location of the hotel was wonderful, it was near to everything worth visiting and seeing. The room 219 was very small but it was warm and clean with a wonderful shower, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a small fridge, sejf, water in a paper bottles, kettle, mugs and glasses, TV set. Good breakfasts - buffet - tasty and varried. Warmly recommended :-) The staff there was polite and very helpful :-) Good job :-)
