No privacy whatsoever in the room, you could see the person on the shower as open plan room so not ideal with my teenage children! Weird metal mesh over windows that didn't open ruined what would've been a great view!

Great roof top bar, good location, 7 minute walk to nearest metro stations, very friendly lovely staff. Big room. But no privacy whatsoever, you could see the person in the shower as it's an open plan room so not ideal with my teenage children! Very quiet on seventh floor.

It would have be great to have indoor pool - rooftop really not a pool as advertised.

Lovely hotel for family stay (12 people). Breakfast was very good and staff very accommodating.

The showers/bath in the rooms have no privacy and the TV had a very limited number of working stations.

Hotel is clean and just 5-6 mins walk from Ramblas. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The shower head in the bathroom was way too low for an adult to use standing up, with no option to hang the shower head any higher. It was uncomfortable to shower if we didn't want to use the rainfall shower head. There needs to be a long mirror in the room where you can see your reflection from a distance. Pool was disappointing, not very big in a very public place on the rooftop bar, which was amazing.

We stayed on the 10th floor which was lucky. The views were amazing. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning did not work, nobody seemed to know how to fix it, fortunately, the doors were able to open so the staff unlocked the doors for us and it was nice to have fresh air coming in. Great to see coffee and tea making facilities. Much needed welcome drinks was a lovely touch. Staff were amazing, helpful and understanding.

The room design was a bit weird. The room was a semicircle and by design the space felt awkward. The colors of the room was a bit off too. There was no toilet brush. There was nothing in the minibar. Also the whole hotel is surrounded with metal mesh which makes looking from the window a bit difficult and even can make you feel vertigo. The whole point of semi circular room was to see the city from above, but this mesh ruins it. Also you cannot open a window by yourself. Not even a tiny crack

The location was great. The breakfast was good too. The room (we got an upgrade offer from the desk) was good but the design was a bit off. The service was good, they cleaned the room everyday and would bring us new toiletries with even a toothbrush and a razor. The room service was good too.

The curtains in our room didn't open and the noise from the courtyard behind the hotel (which our room was above) could be heard all night long. People shouting and singing.

The room was very clean and quiet (within the hotel). The location was quite close to everything and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location close to the Barrio Gotico, the Rambla and the Parallel metro station. Very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and very kind personnel. Great view from the desktop. Very good value for money. I appreciated the early check in for a moderate fee.

Our stay was lovely. Hotel clean tidy and lovely decor. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Didn't eat in the hotel so cant comment on the food. Location was good but if walking around at night please be wary and vigilant with your belongings. There were some homeless people around the streets of the hotel . Pick pocketing is very common so just be on alert. It didn't dampen our stay, We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and exploring Barcelona. We would return. The roof top bar was a lovely added bonus with amazing views of the city. Location great central and a few minutes walk to La ramblas.

The decor in the lobby and reception area was a bit extreme, particularly the model of a seated woman

The bathroom. Its too open and exposed. People in thw room can see people in the shower as it reflects in the mirror toilet door (which is very heavy). Housekeeper walked in without knocking and 1 of us was in the shower which of course is there to see

the water from the shower leaked over the edge of the bathtub onto the floor even when the shower door was fully closed leaving a very wet floor and a sodden bath mat. There weren't enough hooks for the towels. The light in the toilet was linked to a ceiling light in the main room which meant that when one person used the toilet in the night the light in the room would come on and wake up the other person. The day after we checked in we noticed newly arriving guests being offered a complimentary drink - but when we were checked in we had only been given our room passes and shown where the lift was with no such offer! That there was a sign 'complimentary drinks' was not sufficient given that the lighting in the reception area is very low (unlike the toilet lights).

Very quirky decor in an unusually shaped building. The breakfast staff were fantastic and very attentive. There was a good choice of breakfast foods and the dishes were kept replenished. It was a nice touch when my husband's birthday was recognised by a small cake, birthday wishes and a candle being left in our room.

Area around it. Too many shady people around.

Good place. Very clean. Near ramblas. But not a great vicinity. Streets around it looked shady. Though the hotel is perfect. Great views from roof and bar.

For the breakfast : he only bad point is the "omelet" but like in 90 % of the restaurant today.

No door to the bathroom so another person can see you during your shower 🙈 If you go with your boyfriend is ok but with friends is not comfortable 🙈😂
