This is our second time to stay at this hotel. It was excellent value for money. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Very friendly and efficient staff. Buffet style breakfast was excellent and again great value. There is parking in front of the hotel. It’s about a twenty minute walk into beautiful Salamanca town. We’ll definitely go back again.

The evening menu represents good value but the quality of the food was mediocre.

A very comfortable hotel: excellent place to stay the night en route for Portugal or Southern Spain. The staff were very kind and friendly. It was easy to park in front of the hotel in the establishment car-park. The hotel is very easy to access from the motoway.

Greeted by very friendly and helpful Diego. Spacious room and bathroom. A major shopping market only 5min down the road and very close taxi ride to Salamanca train station. Straight walk to middle of the city and tourist sights. The buffet breakfast was good value and variety for €7.50.

We stayed in a family room and apparently 3-bed rooms are all designed with disability access, therefore the bathroom was not as comfortable as we expected. The shower cabin was not closing properly, this was a little inconvenient. The space the shower cabin covered was kind of half of the bathroom, therefore it would feel crampy if you haven't stored the cabin away. Also, as the shower basin was big, the wet zone would reach towards the sanitary vase that would mean you can't sit on the toilet without getting your feet wet if someone took shower before you used the toilet. There was neither enough place to hang towels for 3 persons nor place to store toiletry by the sink. Not a biggie, but annoying. However, I really can't complain about how the staff handled the situation; we requested to change the room and they were very helpful, they immediately arranged a new room for the next day as the capacity was full, but eventually we decided not to move away for convenience reasons. The other point is that the hotel is pretty far from the city center, it takes about 30 min to walk from Plaza Mayor. Especially if you are enoughly unlucky to catch rain, and you won't find available cabs, you may need to make that walk under the rain. It's for the best to set your priorities right before you decide.

The best thing was the free parking, it gives you the peace of mind and really helps if you are thinking to visit other cities around such as Valladolid or Ávila. The breakfast was great, the dinner can be improved, but it was still delicious and both were really good value for the money. The bar downstairs was good. The staff was ultra nice, they were all really friendly and helpful. The internet was working really good.

Room smelt of tobacco and we found cigarette buts on the window cill when opening window to air room. Lamp light not working.
