Loved everything

Loved the hotel and staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Every night and morning we would receive little gifts. Our luggage was lost at the airport, they helped us to communicate with airline company. Highly recommend also for location it was walking distance to all restaurants and main attractions. Will definitely be coming back again.

The staff at this hotel could not be friendlier and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is centrally located and the vehicle charging in the private parking and free unlimited water bottles was a bonus. The beds are amazing, the rooms have a large smart TV and the room service food was also good. Breakfast was attentively composed at the table and although there is also a small buffet station with cakes and fruit, most of the food came warm and fresh directly from the kitchen.

There was nothing we didn't like. This is a model of how a hotel should be run.

This is a smaller (14 room) hotel that genuinely aims to please. The attention to detail makes for a pleasant and pampered stay. Fresh flowers, welcoming Cava, fine linens, etc. You expect this of a 5 star hotel but somethow they do it better. Breakfast was excellent.

The front entrance - there were step steps to the reception making it difficult to carry large bags to and from the car. The internet was also slow and non existent at times

The hotel was in a great location in terms of walking through the old city and driving in and out of the city. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable - staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.

Gorgeous hotel right opposite the entrance to old town. Staff were exceptional. We had a family room and it was great. Breakfast really good and staff gave good recommendations for dinner. We were very well looked after and highly recommend. Thank you

Property is beautiful and well kept. It is very close to Casco Antiguo. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well kept. There are fresh flowers in the room. Food is delicious. The team that manages the hotel is top notch! They go above and beyond in everything they do. The attention to detail is extraordinary. This is an exceptional hotel The location is awesome with all sites within an easy 5/10 minute walk and facing on to the old wall of the city The people were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble . Parking was easy they found a great restaurant and booked it Amazing customer service

Nothing. This hotel is perfect in every way and exceptional value for money.

The breakfast spread is not a usual hotel buffet. It is an exceptional spread of fruits, pastries, cake, cold meats and cheeses. In addition you can order eggs to your liking, freshly cooked toast, freezely squeezed juice & a plate of freshly cut fruit. I did not need lunch although stopping for a coffee at one of the many cafes in Salamanca is a must. The staff also provided a takeaway breakfast the morning of my departure at 5am. This hotel only has 14 rooms, an amazing reception and lounge area and 24 hour bar. It is exceptionally well furnished & comfortable. The staff are amazing. It is located just opposite the old city wall not far from the cathedrals, a perfect location for most of the sites. The hotel provides a map of the main sites and opening times which was very useful. I saw everything marked on the map in 1 and half very full days

Excellent breakfast. Rooms were delightful. Decoration in the public areas was gentle and tasteful. Staff were very good indeed. English perfect.
