The location is further away from the nightlife/beach than I realised. The hotel puts in a free bus daily. However walking anywhere is not possible due to the busy road.

It needs a bit of talc with the rooms and furniture which look tired and the jacuzzi bath would be better removed and a modern walk in shower would make it a lot better.

Lovely location away from the built up areas and a great pool. We loved the mini golf which was free and good fun. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet break.

Both the rooms and the the area where we changed our clothes before going to the pool could use serious renovation works. Jacuzzi in the room wasn't working properly, breakfast was poor. Sofa wasn't comfortable for sleeping. Also there was no proper blanket for the person who had to sleep on the sofa. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel anymore...

Very helpful guy at the reception who made it possible for us to get into our rooms earlier than expected.

The chef / cook , Astonishingly out of balance with EVERYONE and EVERYTHING else. How can you deliver a burger that is barely edible? . How can he deliver 40% cooked RICE? How can he be overworked servicing 4-5 tables turning diners away? Tinned fruit salad at breakfast. All waitresses lovely however.

Palatial buildings, pool and pool bar - EVERY WHERE staffed by hard working Angels.

we got robbed at the hotel within the first 3 hours of arriving. and having difficulty using card payment they made us walk across the main road to the hospital the get cash from the atm at 10 o’clock at nihht

The rooms and bathrooms need to be updated. The pillows are foamy and hard. The restaurant has a limited selection which never changes but the food was really good.

The staff at this hotel are great. They are friendly and helpful and always address you with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful with its Balinese style.

It’s a fair bit out from the coast but there is a free bus service and taxi’s are there within 5 mins.

It was all good only one thing mattered was the bathroom was a bit small also smelled as water mold. Otherwise all excellent conditions.

Sometimes plastic cups were laying around a pool for more than a day without anybody to clean it. It should be the customers but some were not really keen on doing it let say.

Everything, the beds were great, the kids club and the two persons in charge of it were awesome. The staff was amazing, the pools were great and warm. Again, perfect for families with young children

The apartment was a bit dirty and you can tell that this property overall needs desperately maintenance. It had so many rewards until 2019 but it seams like it hasn’t been maintained since. The safe didn’t work at room 311.

Pool area is great and the overall area. The pool is heated so around 24 C and the Jacuzzi 28 C The apartment we got was big with 2 bedrooms and no problems with the interior. It has a mini golf and big chessboard.

Some of the furniture and equipment in the rooms look a bit old and tired. The hotel has a lot of facilities but many of these are hard to find and never seemed open. The entertainment staff tried hard but it wasnt always clear what was going on when, and then it never seemed to start on time. Bar prices were a rip off, we ordered a Vodka and Coke and were charged 12 euros. When we queried it we were told we didnt specify what Vodka we wanted. Apparently Absolute cost 8 euros for a shot.

Resort is very clean and apartments are in nice surroundings. Pool area is very large with plenty of beds and the pool itself is massive. Rooms are clean and pretty well laid out. Great patio area. A nice relaxing place to stay.

Big, hard pillows. It's good to know that the swimming pool is heated if it's not windy. So... in January temperature of the water was 22 degrees, cold.
