Suggestion for optimisation: - From our point of view, the master bedroom, which was accommodated in the smallest room, is somewhat misplaced. The largest room in the flat, with the built-in wardrobes and its own (chic) bathroom, has two single beds and is therefore more suitable for use as a children's room. What can I say - our teenage son was very happy about it :-).

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartement. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The landlord was very helpful - and we actually had to rely on his quick assistance a few times on this trip. Positives: - uncomplicated check-in - Nice furnishings in the flat, with two bathrooms and a small balcony - Availability of a dishwasher, washing machine and, above all, a Nespresso coffee machine - The location is simply great! Despite the central location (and the pub downstairs), we didn't feel any "noise pollution". We will be very happy to spend our next holiday in this accommodation, that much is certain.

A lovely spacious apartment with beautiful views and a helpful host. The host Alfonso was welcoming and always quick to answer any questions we had. The apartment was only a 10 minute walk from the center and right next to the bus and metro lines which can take you straight to the beach!

The patio was just for us but another units window and door opened into it so that was weird. The patio was only so/so.

Location was great. The place had everything we needed. The bathrooms were modern and the beds were super comfy.

It's located in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants nearby, close to the city center and the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciencies. It's very comfy for a family, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It had everything we needed. It was very easy to access the apartment. We did not get to see the owner/manager of the accommodation but the communication with them was really good.

Couch in living room is old and not comfortabel.

Very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms. Excellent location in lively neighbourhood and city centre at walking distance.

Bathrooms were extremely dirty. Main bathroom - Tiles around bath very dirty. Bath plug is broken. Shower room - Tiles in shower cubicle also very dirty. Bathrooms had to be cleaned by ourselves, to be able to use them during our stay. Larger sofa is broken, not ideal to sit upon (slatting broken underneath - so cushions are not supported) Both sofas very uncomfortable. Air conditioning unit is positioned outside the window of main double bed room, so it is very noisy if air conditioning is needed to be on and used during the night. Bed leg broken in bedroom with two single beds (rear of property near terrace) Patio doors on bedroom terrace broken, could not open doors. Microwave in kitchen - the controls showing signs of high use, so impossible to guess power settings or timings. Not ideal. Broken floor tile in the dining area, close to the table. Apartment is looking very old and tired. We will never stay there again.

Cant lock door inside, so other guests can still use the key to get in. The double bed in the main bedroom is a small one. So tall people wont fit. Need to use single beds in other room. Short on storage/ cabinets in some bedrooms. Tv remot needs replacing The flat needs updating but this is reflected in the price. Shower room is in poor condition.
