Only 1 lift. Rooms a bit dusty. Rooftop pool closes at 7, which is too early for sundowners. Basement gym small and not inviting.

Spacious room with balcony and nice views. Great breakfast buffet and long breakfast timings, which are very convenient. 2 swimming pools to choose from. Perfect central location, close to town centre, beach and train station. Very friendly staff.

Only a few little bits really, I'm quite a light sleeper and the fridge could be quite noisy throughout the night which could make a it a little bit tricky to fall asleep. However this didn't stop me from enjoying me stay, just a little thing to note.

I really enjoyed the pool, spa, catering, gym facilities etc. The staff were angels and made our stay really nice! We look forward to staying again sometime in the future :)

The only downside, as I've been many times, is the restaurant area. It is perfectly clean and the food is good, however, it's quite a sterile area with the feel of an airport restaurant. It would be so much better if it was a cosier meeting place and stayed open to serve drinks so it was used more than it is now.

Very friendly staff and a good atmosphere around the hotel. Always clean obviously makes an effort to look good and impress.

The fragrance / smell as you entered reception. It was super overwhelming.

The only shame is that they only accept cash for deposits on the towels, there was not other type of guarantee that they would accept.

Used the spa facility and paid 6 euro which I feel should be free for guests - went at 11.30 and sauna and steam room were not in operation, wanted to relax so was very disappointed. I feel that this hotel is now getting very pricey at nearly £100 for 1 night in early December, plenty other hotels offering for half the cost

Breakfast expensive for what it was.

Comfortable room and bed, great sea-view. Good location for the bars/clubs and easy to reach by train or taxi from Malaga airport. Spa area is great, clean, warm and good facilities.

This is my fourth time to stay in this property. Hotel is located within walking distance of the metro stop towards Malaga. Rooms are clean and spacious; friendly staff; very affordable rate with a Mediterranean view.

The rooms could be cleaner. None of the pools were heated, so we couldn't use them in November. There are micro-payments for everything: spa, extra towel, ...

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Good facilities: two pools and one spa, plus a barber and a convenience store. Very well located.

What I didn’t like is for value of money I don’t feel I got a good deal. The bed was so hard that it wasnt an easy night rest for me.

The hotel is very close to the beach but the walk down is steep so might not be easy for those with mobility problems. We had breakfast only once at the hotel as it was not value for money if you just wanted a coffee and cereal.

The main pool is large with attached spars. The roof top pool has great views and bars a good selection of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. The friendliness of staff and patrons meant we wanted to spend time at the hotel. The comfort of the rooms and bed was above expectation. We had a booked a sea view and were not disappointed.
