Staff on reception were great. Been on a long journey and wasn't in the best of moods and I had struggled with a small issue which had become a much larger issue for me. Staff were understanding and really helped me. Thank you for your understanding. Bus stop just outside very handy for heading into town. Bit of a longer trip getting back of an evening. Lovely outdoor paths to walk or run through a bit further up the hill behind the accommodation. Good breakfast

Nothing about the property, just if you miss the last bus, you will have to walk a ramp to get to the hotel or wait the midnight bus.

Misleading information from staff before arrival and as we booked in. As a result we missed a meal that had been paid for.

The shower area in the bathroom is too small, water drips out easily and makes all the floor wet.

Clean & silent rooms. 7/24 open reception. The residence is a bit far from the center of Barcelona but a night bus is available, which stops just next to the residence.

It was rather far away from the center and whatnot. But there was a bus station next to the hotel' entrance so it wasnt that terrible. Still negative tho. Pool was only 1.25m or so deep, basically made for kids.

Nice pool, nice rooms, we had a small fridge, big enough for the water and food we bought. Cute little bathroom. Overall, a good budget place

Location -( it's quiet and nature,but traveling to downtown can be very harsh, officially it said 1 hour but the buses especially at night are crowded and very slow and unreliable so might even take you 1.5 hohe to reach your home / destination -( that's a lot of hussle for a city Trip. If you're a group of 2-4 better use a taxi it's just around 15-20€ to downtown, so 5€ each. Busses and public transport are poor -( also there is no supermarket nearby you have to walk alot, but the residence provided food and water so it's okay.

It is hard to get to the centre, at first, before you get accustomed to timelines. Soundproofing is not great, if non existant. There is a lot of noise, surprisingly, coming from the street outside, the other residents and students.

Staff was amazing at solving problems and addressing enquires.I had a problem with the first room I was assigned to, as there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night from adjacent rooms, but I was quickly relocated. The residence is very peaceful and in front of a sport centre. Facilities are nice and rooms are pleasant places to stay, with large desks if you need to work.

The breakfast not good quality even if its very variable , the AC is very weak but i think it's working a little bit. Location is far but u can handle it with the bus , u really need to have a travel card pass or ur credit card because they don't accept cach in public transport

2 single beds for rooms. Not ideal for couples. There is a bus stop right outside, quite a bit far from main Barcelona city centre, needing a bus ride and a Metro.

I loved everything excerpt the noises. Too much noise. And the door always seems like someone was trying to get in. Other than that everything was perfect. The breakfast and food is AMAZING

Not a lot of services nearby like supermarkets etc but to be fair, I knew this before booking. The bus that stops right in front of residence will take you to all kinds of services in just 10min.

Clean comfortable room, location is away from the city center but well connected by bus. Relaxing atmosphere inside and around the residence.

Some of the staff are not responsive and the room service is very poor..... Food is very very bad Accommodation for the couple is separated by 😒 The pool is very small....
