We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location, the room and the breakfast - very comfortable. Very clean and quiet but capable air-conditioning in the room, generous proportions. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area - the village was really nice and the people very friendly and welcoming.

The host was pleasant, funny, and clearly enjoyed his work. His wife was lovely, and his staff were happy and courteous. Their recommendation for where to eat out in the evening was superb. And directly opposite the hotel is the Central Social. What more could you ask for 😎

The hotel is a very traditional, quaint Spanish hotel. It's unique. The location for our particular visit was good as we were going to a concert in Benidoleig. It is a bit remote for getting around generally. The hospitality from the owners Isnael and Vincenta was exceptional.

On a positivé note thé breakfast was quite good. A decent array of options. As for the rooms, they were in need of a renovation. The bathrooms were of good size as with the rooms. Just based on the hotel’s structure this place has huge potential. The price charged certainly didn’t deliver good value.

GermanyAfter booking the hotel and asking for a ground floor room or lift/elevator access, I got no response for 6 days. I then messaged gain and was told neither is available. Both mine and Booking.com requests to waive cancelation fee was ignored. Still have not heard anything back from them.
