Ideal resort experience! We had a sea view room! 2 big pools and 1 jacccuzzi ! They have beach bar too. The food at restaurant is the best!

The safe in the room could not be used. It had been locked open and rather than have hotel staff come in and fix it, we just lived without it. I forgot to mention that on the way out. Perhaps you all could do that. Also we were disappointed with the massaging jets in the pool in the spa. They didn't really do as well as the jets that are in a Japanese Onsan.

The breakfast was first class. Everything from fruit, cooked vegetables, cold and cooked meats, cheeses, eggs in different ways, cereals, coffees, teas, juices, breads, pastries, and to top it all off chilled champagne. The location was right on the beach and we had a balcony and view overlooking the beach and ocean. All the comforts we wanted and a fridge too. Near to shopping and restaurants of all kinds if you didn't want to drink and dine at the hotel itself. Staff were courteous complying with all wishes.

shame the pool was not heated. parking at hotel was super expensive so we parked 10 minutes away. no kettle in room. reception kindly offered to provide kettle at check in but it never materialised.

lovely hotel on a fab beach. room was nice with a good size balcony and some outdoor furniture. spa was ok but not worth paying alot of money.. buffet breakfast and buffet dinner were fantastic although the dinner began rather late at 8pm.

EVERYTHING!!!! We stayed here as we were driving through. This hotel has been our favourite so far. So relaxing looking out to the sea and having a balcony. We had dinner in the restaurant and OMG the buffet food was amazing!!! The best buffet I’ve ever had. And there was so much food that it wasn’t crowded at all. The price was so reasonable as well. I thought they had made a mistake on the price as the food was top notch. Exceeded all expectations! Thank you!

The room was beautiful with a fantastic sea view. Location excellent. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. We ate dinner a few nights, again plenty of choice. Food good. All staff very friendly.

This hotel is excellent. I have stayed here several times. On the last occasion I booked nights here and a couple at another hotel in the town. I will only book here moving forward. I didn’t appreciate the high standards of room quality and customer service until I stayed at the other 4 star hotel. RoomsI had a sea view suite with a sofa area. Large shower room. Bath in the bedroom by the floor to ceiling windows, sea view. Super king size bed. Spa is fabulous Food and drink for half board is very good Customer service is amazing

I am actually a tea lover so I missed kettle and mug in my room. Breakfast and dinner were excellent but But fish variety is very low add salmon in fish section.

in fact there was. disappointing: we ve come to enjoy the all facilities of the hotel however, the outside pools were not heated at all. not even the jacuzzy. we understand that in Spain outside pools are rarely heated, but we would have appreciated: 1. a clear notification ex ante 2. the jacuzzy should be warm, escpecially in a 4-star-superior hotel 3. the SPA is not included, you have to pay extra €10 per hour all those could have been off-set with at least 2 hours a day free SPA, but we were not offered any compensation upon makin our complaint of the cold pools. the crew was polite, tried to help but could not. my friend's family booked for 2 adult + 2 kids and were given a normal double room (size!) with a couch that could be turned into a small double bed. again, for a 4-star-superior hotel it is shamefully small.

breakfast was great, lot to choose from, very good for the price. location is also super, right at the beachfront with direct acces to the beach passage we could rent bikes for low price. hotel's own parking is good.

Perfectly situated in a beachfront location, the staff were fantastic and really friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were spotless and large. I wouldn't hesitate in booking this hotel again.

Buffet choice excellent but very dispersed and unconnected. Noisy. No trays to help catty food. Generally only one size of p l ates when smaller would suffice. No toasting bread for breakfast.

Hi recently stayed at your beautiful hotel 🏩 we couldn't fault it ... the breakfast was super staff were lovely and helpful what a great spot a little far to get too but it was a late flight so we got a taxi 🚖 comming home was OK cause there's trains and buses hope to see you soon audios till the next one

We were a bit disappointed that we could not enter the spa. The reason given was that my wife is pregnant. When we enquired about the spa before our arrival and specifically asked for a pregnancy massage there was no mention that we would not even be allowed to enter.

We liked that the hotel was seafront with a pedestrianized road in front of it. They have a bike repair section in the garage which was useful given that we flew over to take part in a triathlon event. Breakfast was good and room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful, spoke English and were polite.
