The room wasbig pleasant and had nice furniture. The bathroom was very nice. a big pool and nice gardens. 10 min walk from old city. Free Parking on the street nearby pleasant staff. Quit rooms. The cost was very reasonable

Very beautiful hotel with a great location. It’s not right in the city centre but it’s only a nice 10 minute walk.

In the wintertime, the common areas were very cool. Had a small sawdust powered fireplace that did not keep the area warm. I paid for the parking option, but the garage door never opened when i needed it. Ended up luckily finding one of the few spaces to park.

Had the half board option and meal was limited to a few choices but served the purpose. Had paid parking and on the street parking available.

Everything was perfect.

Fabulous spacious room. Super comfy large bed. Quiet. Great view with small balcony. Underground secure parking. It's 15 - 30 mins walk into the old town but after a day's driving, you need the exercise!

The cleanliness of the carpet, the room was full of hair and with stains on it. The shower had moho ...

The hotel is really nice, with a vintage touch. The reception gives a feeling of luxury, like in a classic movie.

What I didn't like was that there were these small bags of shampoo and shower gel which were impossible to open, so please appreciate your clients that much that you change that something more practical. The hotel is little bit far from the main sights so prepare to walk or drive little bit closer to the town parking which was free. The second evening our waiter at the dinner was just a bit too nervous and her behaviour was a bit bothering to us, but in the end she was ok.

Nice big rooms, we had view to the garden so no noise from the street. We had half board so breakfast was ok, no scrambled eggs or any warm dishes, no buffet style. They bring you everything to your table... Dinner was menu del día. Tasty food, but nothing fancy just normal meal. The bar and lobby area was nice to spend some time and have a drink before going to dinner. The hotel has a garage 10€/day.

Quite a long walk to old town best to drive Only three course meal on offer and hard to find anything we liked. would have helped to have given us an English version which was given some thirty minutes later after we had struggled with the Spanish version

THe room was in very clean and well presented. The restaurant served really good food for dinner in the terrace next to the pool. THe staff at the bar were very friendly.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Amazing pool, which is usually very quiet. Breakfast is excellent, although the serving staff a little bit surly - all other hotel staff are friendly. Would stay again.

The room was not a 4 star. it was more a 3 star superior. also breakfast was not very good as we had to order everything.

I liked everything. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We chose half board and it was a very good decision because it was a real value for money. We had a wonderful dinner and absolutely amazing breakfast. I want to come back to Úbeda and stay at RL again.

Steps at entrance, disabled stairlift available. (No ramps apparent). No bar facility at the pool terrace, only bar area is in main lounge. Evening menu is very repetative (only changed at w/e). Terrace furniture old and very uncomfortable.

Easy free parking (as long as spaces are available). Reception welcoming and helpful. Public areas are nicely furnished and clean. Lounge bar pleasent with comfortable seating. Bedroom quite large, bed comfortable. Bathroom and shower good. Breakfast served at table with ample choice of fruit, meat and bread. Juice, tea and coffee. Nice pool and terrace area where evening meal is served during our stay. Location good for us, approx 15 minutes walk to historic areas.
