Bathroom drains smelt at times, but not so much as to put me off going back.

Staff were all excellent - so helpful and efficient. Hotel had great facilities. Breakfast was lovely.

I keep saying it: heating the rooftop pool in winter would definitely be a plus...

Whenever I come to Torremolinos, this is my preferred hotel. Staff is very welcoming and friendly, service is top notch, suites are huge and comfortable. When you stay in a superior room, coffee, tea and water are replenished on a daily basis. Lovely roof terrace with incredible views. Top location on 3 steps of the main street/boulevard/beach. I love this hotel, I would certainly recommend it, and I will be back.

No coffee or milk with the kettle. Can be a bit noisy as rooms not well insulated, but it was quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

Nice sized room on 2 levels. Comfy 2 seater sofa. Bed was a good size. Hotel is only a couple of minutes walk for the beach/ shops restaurants etc.

I accept there are rules for meal times, but some staff seemed to take delight in shutting the door on us. Instead of an empathetic ' sorry you are too late'.

2nd visit. We will be back again. Reception staff. Lovely welcome. Sea view room. Roof terrace view. Friendly service. Bedrooms spotless. Great to holiday with Europeans, no 'Brits. Abroad'. Great location.

My only complaint and I am being picky! Is the food served from the bar by the rooftop swimming pool, is very hit and miss. Also you can wait a while to be served at lunch times.

I have been to this hotel more than once, I will be visiting again. Amazing location, the food in the restaurant is fabulous value for money. Staff are very helpful and always smiling. I would thoroughly recommend.

Two few restaurant staff meaning tables sometimes slow to be cleared and relaid. Chef over stretched, affecting griddled food. Surprised by waitress's inappropriate comments to us (we're gay).

As a younger traveller the hotel had quite an older population.

Great location! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach! The rooftop pool and bar was great! Good choice at the breakfast buffet! Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

The hotel is in a relatively quiet area so you have to travel for busier nightlife.

Friendly and clean. Good access to beach and eateries. Breakfast is decent.

Nothing really only I couldn’t get a sun bed one afternoon as people had reserved them and not there,although it does state your not allowed this was never enforced.

Lovely hotel,spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. Roof top pool was lovely.so close to bars/restaurants and shops in Carihuela.

1 of the receptionist was very rude to my partner when he went to see them after having a note in the room to contact reception. He said we hadn’t paid and demanded the money there and then said we should of paid when we arrived! We were not asked for money on arrival by the same man who checked us in! It was his attitude when my partner said we could settle up when we checked out as we had a bar tab to pay! It was his fault he hadn’t taken the money on check in and he was very rude!

Room was comfortable apart from the noise of drilling all day!

I can't think of any real negatives.

I have been to the Lago Rojo before and really like the hotel. The dinners and breakfasts were very good. Not too far from Torremolinos station. Good location in the heart of Carihuela near to shops, cafes, bars and the beach.
