The bunk beds are so tiny. I’m short and I couldn’t even sit upright in the lower bunk. The bathrooms were dirty and the door did not even close. The lockers were so loud.

It was in a great location near a lot of bars, but far from many tourist attractions. Nice staff. The pillows were nice and I liked how the rooms were set up. The bathroom is around the corner form the beds, so I didn’t feel bad turning the light on while people were sleeping.

The room was smelly and the bathroom was too small.

It was the second time visiting Madrid and decided to stay in the same chain but different location- overall very lovely stay. Each room has its own bathroom and the sheets and towels were clean and fresh.

Storage lockers were finicky and opening took a few ties with the key. The water temperature of the shower and sink was difficult to control, it took almost 5 minutes for the water temperature to change.

Clean room and toilets. Separated shower, toilet and sink so multiple people could use them at the same time.

I don't really like that the wash basin is in the room with beds, but all the rest is OK.

Staff members are helpful and know English we, so it's easy to communicate with them. The location is good, 30 min away (on foot) from the railway station Attocha. The place is clean and beds are spacious :)

it’s hard to adjust the proper water temperature for shower….

The location is in the center. It’s easy to find restaurant or go around for sightseeing place by foot. The bed, the blanket, the room are all clean and well-controlled for the security. The staff are also nice and helpful.

The two things that I did not like were: 1. The pillow was not of good quality - I have pain in my neck now 2. The bathroom (bathing area) was always wet and humid - including the walls - making it difficult to hang clothes

Room was spacious enough and the bed was also of good size. The hostel has a good location and good facilities outside around it. Good and helpful staff.

The sink is separate from the bathroom and is actually in the bedroom. As the sink is also made of metal, I could not use it in the night without waking other people up. It's a renovated old building so I'm thinking where will water condensation go? It will eventually cause molds and soften the cement walls. In public hallways, the lights are motion activated so if you don't move, it switches off. Since the hallways are painted black with Dadaist/deconstructive art, it looks like I entered a haunted house. There's an eerie photo of a girl in the elevator too and my imagination takes off. :D. A thick layer of dust has already accumulated in the overhanging decors, public spaces need sweeping and mopping. But for its price at a central location, these can be overlooked as we only stayed a short time anyway.

It is located centrally. It was just a walking distance to the city center and major points of attraction. The staff were very helpful and attended to our requests. I love that they have a wide breakfast area, which I think they can actually operate as a separate cafe so they can afford more cleaners :)). Great breakfast!

I didn't like that the the sinks and everything is basically in 1 room which makes it really inconvenient . I would definitely prefer to have the bathroom separately from the room.

Rooms are quite small, abit hard to get ready for the day at the same time as anyone else as no space. No privacy curtains on beds. No staff present at the hostel (all done online)..

Beautiful and peaceful hostel, very clean and relaxing. The working space and communal areas are wonderful. Kitchen is lovely. Nice atmosphere

Two of the receptionists didn’t speak english so the communication was a bit confusing. I was expecting some hostel events or pubcrawls but there was nothing.

Nice location, right in the heart of town and the hostel is very clean.
