Fantastic position, room and staff. Room was very 'hacienda' and catered for all our needs including comfortable beds and excellent shower.. Views were extraordinary and we enjoyed our time on the sun loungers taking it all in.

Bed and lighting in the room were not the best. There strict breakfast times, which is probably necessary as the breakfast room is small.

Eva our hostess was fantastic. Hotel a few hundred meters away from the main strip so very quite. Stunning view from the terrace outside our room. Breakfast diversified with many choices Highly recommend the restaurant owned by the hotel which is about a 500 meter walk

room quite dark although magnificent views from balcony outside door and nice terrace on floor below, but neither room nor sitting room cosy for relaxing in. the main owner, manager was very helpful, efficient and friendly whilst her colleague on reception duty sometimes was rather stern with abrupt manner.

The location was perfect, the view from the room beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The place wasn't too big, so it felt cozy.tje room was very very ean!!

Our room was perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location in Tejeda is exceptional. The hotel's tarrace allowed for a beautiful panoramic view of the village and the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was of very good quality and we especially enjoyed the almond cake. Despite the hotel not having own private parking, there was no problem to find a parking lot somewhere near the hotel in the village. We also enjoyed our meal in the corresponding restaurant, where we had a variety of Canarian tapas.

Very charming boutique hotel in the center of Tejeda with a nice communal sun terrace to watch the epic sunsets. Good free breakfast daily. Rooms have a mini fridge. Super friendly staff! Parking was free and fairly easy to find near the hotel entrance. Definitely would stay here again in the wonderful little pueblo of Tejeda.

For some reason the room cleaner put items away in drawers..and it was a biy if a hunt to find our belongings. Some could have been easily forgotten when we left!

The plastic on top of the mattress under the sheet - I really hate. Because it makes you sweat and feel cold when sleep. So I took of this plastic sheet - and put a wollen blanket instead - which is a lot warmer and softer and silent. And the small breakfast room - without window and ventilation (in this cowid times) I did not like - so we took outside our breakfast at the tables outside in the small yard, so it was more peaceful and also more safe not to mingle with many strangers. The breakfast should have had local cheeses and meatcuts and fresh rolls and fresh orange juice - instead of the standard supermarket gouda and cooked ham.

we had room no. 2 - on first floor - with view of the famous mountain peaks. The hotel is very solid built and of good quality.
