No kettle or mini fridge or cups etc in the room. Dinner menu has 2 options only for the day, it is a " take it or leave it " kind of a thing 😅. But maybe that's a good thing as your assured your food is fresh 🤔 Looks more promising in the pictures than in reality but all in all a good stay really and have nothing bad to say ☺️ Thank you.

Beautiful location. Staff friendly. Huge, comfortable bed. The hotel grounds had a pool and a seating area to relax in. Private parking. Room and bathroom clean. Room had its own little terrace. Pleasant stay. Thank you.

The jacuzzi was enough big just for 1 person.

The swimming pool was very cold but we were in winter even if the weather was very good (28°C). They can't warm it up due to local rules. But it was not a problem since you can enjoy a jacuzzi or a sauna if you feel it.

The bubble experience was awesome. We didn't get cold or hot. That was perfect. The jacuzzi is a good complement with a nice terrace.The staff is very helpful and very kind. You will enjoy the stars all night long! There is also a chill place with a swimming pool and matrices to relax.

It seems there might have been lack of communication since the second night the room was very cold and we had to sleep with our coats. The idea about sleeping and enjoying the stars only can happen outside since the quality of this bubble has not been cared for enough. I have informed the team I accidentally broke one part in the bathroom possibly due to the weather conditions (it's very sunny during the day and cold enough during night) I honestly think it's overpriced for the experience because it's the only bubble in Tenerife. I think in this respect, it's a bit unfair because we would like to have enjoyed and come back. We could also hear some noise from the next house so I would pay attention to the neighbours (outside the premises) as this also was part of the experience. Sorry but we had to be honest so you can improve. Last please take care of the cactus as they need to be partly removed. Some areas seem to be under maintenance but it should not be looking as abandoned. All the best to the Management Team.

Nice idea to spend a weekend out of the city in a remote rural area. Thank you very much to Clarissa and another employee that looked after our stay. We got 2 water bottles and Cava Bottle to enjoy our anniversary 🍾( for every night we spent but we only drink one).

the bed needed fixing, we discovered this only when we left, so I did not sleep properly and in the evening the music of the restaurant was audible in our suite.

The WiFi was sketchy in our room ( outside it was fine!) The set evening meals, although tasty, were a little repetetive.

Unfortunately the wifi was not working when we got there but the manager kindly let us try their own network, but it didn't work from our room. It was a Saturday night though, so it didn't bother us (we remote travel during week days). The only small negative point was the dinner - although it was all very good, it was overpriced (19 euros for 4 cheese croquettas, cheese tortellinis, a slice of ice cream, and a shot of limoncello). We were hungry when we left the table.

We stayed one night before flying back home but wished we had stayed longer! The views from the balcony was great, the room was simple but comfortable and clean. The manager was very nice and welcoming and gave us some explanations about the history of the property.

The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very weak, which was highly impractical given the fact that there was a weak signal throughout the entire property and its vicinity. The next thing is the bathroom; the shower cubicle doors are worn out and they come off the frame when closing. I assume that the bathroom facilities, considering the appearance of the rest of the property, deserve maintenance.

Very nice, quiet location out of city noise. The staff was very friendly, helpful and taking care of place and guests. Place within rooms are nicely decorated with respect towards its historical context.

Felt that the bedspread needed a wash, but for the rest very clean. There were plenty of lights in the room but very bright, would be better with the softer yellow light.

The shower was a little erratic but plenty of hot water. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been good, but we could help ourselves if the dining room was open. We certainly needed our hire car as local restaurants were either a long, steep walk or a short drive away, as were all local villages and attractions such as Mt, Tiede or the beach

The view was magnificent, over the mountains and sea. The room was traditionally furnished and spacious. Breakfast was extra but good value continental. The staff were fabulous, especially Andreas who went out of his way to be helpful. We saw a beautiful, peaceful side to Tenerife which I'd be happy to experience again.

Those nights in January were unusually cold, but thankfully the hosts had extra blankets for us. It might be worth having ear plugs for light sleepers like I am, though I barely used them.

We loved staying at such a beautiful house away from the busy towns, enjoying the great views and a lovely garden with so many native plants. Our room was quite spacious, well-furnished, and everything was clean. We had nice breakfasts in the garden, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Next time, we should try the bubbles :)

The breakfast was very deceiving, must be so even for British people. I know that there are other sorts of cheese or ham on the island. The bad quality of te breakfast does not match neither the nice setting, nor the lovely acomodation.

Nice and quite unconventional rooms in a wonderful setting. Conveniently situated to make you enjoy the scenery without having to cope with loads of people around.

There is a fee of €20 for late check in, which is after 20:00. It was not written when booking the hotel. And for the first time, I was charged an additional fee for late check in. The bubble gets very hot during the day, especially around midday. the staff wanted to close it before 11:00 which we perfectly understood, otherwise it would have become too hot inside and impossible to clean it. Nevertheless we kindly asked a few times to give us a bit of more time to make some photos and videos.At the end they agreed, however were obviously not happy.

An amazing experience of spending a night in a bubble observing the stars. The bubble is almost new, well maintained. there is everything insight for a comfortable stay. The bubble is situated in a private zone. there is a nice small terrace in front of it to enjoy some time outside. Prosecco treatment is included in the stay. overall a nice, very quiet area. The staff is very friendly, especially Cristina and Stefania.

Temperature in bubble at night was quite cold and the temperature of the hot tub was just warm water. Would have been nicer to be properly hot. Also breakfast was basic, continental style. No cooked foods.

Since it’s an old building, you can hear almost everything that the neighbors are doing. And there was no possibility to have a hot drink in the evening, since the room didn’t have a kettle and reception was not working.
