Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This lets us know that our reviews come from real guests, like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or quiet room than someone who’s stayed at the property before?
We want you to share your story, both the good and the bad. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinion and experiences, which are critical in helping guests make well-informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, and are treated with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we will post every comment in full and as quickly as possible, provided the guidelines are met. We will also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.
We will use the same guidelines and standards for all user-generated content as well as the property replies to that content.

Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

눉The walls between rooms were very thin with no soundproofing you could clearly hear people just talking normally not good at 2@3 in the mornings needs sorting ASAP

눉The poolside entertainment is far too loud, going on throughout the day and late at night, not sure why the music needs to be so loud. Very thin walls so you can hear what's going on in the room next door. Rooms could do with an update
눇Very clean hotel and friendly helpful staff. Excellent location, supermarket across the road and beaches very close by. Good housekeeping staff.

눇Nice hotel, just as suspected, lovely and lively town, nice beaches close by, 4 to chose from. Would go back another time.

눉Not enough cleaning. When we asked at the reception to print the ticket on plane, they refused to do that(((
눇This hotel is situated 5 min from the sea. It has swimming pool( not big). The room we lived in isn't spacey, but you have all you need( bed, TV, hairdryer, shampoo and other things). Personnel don't clean good, only do beds, but it's not a big problem. Food is delicious and a great variety. I advise to take breakfast and dinner. Especially during the dinner you'll have all kinds of meat, fruit, cakes, sometimes seafood. Great!

눉Very dated hotel rooms and there extremely small rooms aswell missing plaster on walls outdated decor missing bits of wood around bathroom door dirty toilet.pool tables were in very bad condition to use in games room very noisy room guests you could here everything from other rooms and went on partying till 4am always had to call reception to get the party's stopped so we could get a sleep . We had a view from balcony of overloaded bins

눉Noisy entertainment so if you go to bed early you wont appreciate it. Old hotel so decor of the bedrooms very dated.
눇Evening entertainment was good, Position of the hotel short walk to beaches and town. Good choice of food, swimming pool adequate. Couple nice Pubs across the road with late evening entertainment.

눉Night club across the road was a tad noisy but it was exceptionaly hot and we slept with our door open .. And i presume peeople sat outside the nightclub for the same reason as we were there before aircon was active

눉The food is very unhealthy. There is no choice for vegetarians or vegans. All dishes have meat.If you ask the chef to prepare something without meat he say it to do, but seem to forget in a few days and do not receive anything. Food is not tasty unripe fruits are almost always.In this hotel you can stay only if you eat junk food and you are not vegan or vegetarian. In another case avoid this hotel.
