There are many people in one hostel room what is bery uncomfortable during the night. I did not like that for to go to my room, I had to go through the laaundry area, that was a little but uncomfortable. Sometimes that smell of detergent was so strong even in the room

Hostel is located on the best location, city center very close to Casa Batllo. It was very clean and the bathroom was in the room, that also was very clean. I could even walk just with my socks because of the cleanliness, so good.

There was only one small light in our entire 8 person room, on one side of the room. So it was extremely hard to see. The lights are also turned off at a set time so if you need to see anything past 11 you must use a torch. This made it much harder to get ready for bed / get dressed in the morning. If you book an all girls room, the bathroom is still shared so often there would be wee all over the toilet seat. I guess this happens anywhere. Me and the girls from my room went to the guided hostel night out - it was quite far away and no communication whatsoever from the tour guides. They were inappropriate , rude and high on weed. That would be fine if they weren’t working. Disappointed by this and we all went home early.

The property is in a good location. Nice furniture , friendly and easy going staff. The terrace is lovely for breakfast in the morning and the kitchen is well organised with everything you need. The staff are very accommodating.

Bed curtains to block light/sunlight and an extra socket would be helpful. Extra hooks in the shower. A cupboard with toiletries/towels/etc left by previous customers - this would reduce the impact of pollution and consequently save water too, perhaps even save more water than the one saved by the closed pool.

ALL staff were friendly and helpful, and create a good vibe in the hostel. Beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. It was never an issue to find a toilet/shower available. There’s plenty of different places to hangout within the hostel including terraces to enjoy the sun/view. Location is excellent with easy access to transports (train/metro/bus). Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and they have 3 large fridges for food storage. Breakfast was lovely and good value for money. Dinner at the hostel is also available and pretty good.

Some people have no manners and walk out all night, Drunk and throwing up. Yak.

Can walk from the hostel to the central easily. Bed is clean but sharing with another 11 people, snoring and noises are bad.

The look and feel of the property and facilities were great. Staff were very friendly, storing luggage felt safe and secure with the card key. Overall great experience!!

I booked mainly for the pool and wasn't informed until after booking it was closed but they said it's because of the drought in Barcelona so not their fault

The location was the most appreciated factor here because it was kind of like in the center of every important places.

Wifi was not great in most places & unreliable for laptop working/video calls - probably good for general browsing. Some of the common areas are quite “tired”.

Clean & spacious. Convenient location! Nice rooftop with some great views although part of it was being renovated (understandable being low season). Overall good & comfortable experience.

I only wished I could enjoy the terrace till later at night.

I liked the environment and the activities. It covered all my needs and they have a good system.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the beds add no blinds.

I loved the spirit and vibe of the Hostel from the staff to the location and the space. The pub crawls were a great way of making friends and I also loved that the individual showers add a place to hang your clothes without getting them wet.

The pool opens in March, which I didn't know but makes sense :)

The breakfast is really good for 4€, there are sweet and savory options. The beds were very comfy and the blanket perfect for the colder February nights. Everything was clean at all times and the location was perfect, just a short walk to casa batllo and in the pretty eixample neighborhood. The hostel dinner is nice to connect with people and go out afterwards.
