Breakfast hot selection was a little cold.

One night stay travelling by road from Spain to UK with my cat. Comfortable room tho the decor is a little dated for me. Bathroom clean and good strong shower. Arrived at night so it was nice suprise to see the beautiful location from the terrace in the morning. Breakfast selection was good if a little cold for the hot food.

Aircon was set at 25, and I felt the room was still too warm, would have liked the room cooler so I could actually get in the bed.

Location really good, very near the tunnel. Rooms lovely, and bathrooms modern. Dinner was good value and really good. Plenty of parking, and breakfast a bonus.

The dining experience at this three-star hotel left much to be desired. Both breakfast and dinner lacked variety and freshness, with the use of machine-made orange juice and filter coffee being disappointing. Dinner was particularly disappointing, with the absence of vegetables accompanying the main course and an overuse of sauces masking the flavors of the meat and potatoes. The quality of the meals resembled that of institutional food found in care homes or hospitals. Another notable disappointment was the behavior of the staff. Whether at breakfast, dinner, or the bar, the staff's behaviours was simply rude.

The location is ideal for hiking excursions with or without your dog(s). Also, it is perfectly located when coming France and travelling to Spain or the other way around. The hotel is one of the last house in a dead end road, which leads to a green area to walk your dogs or to start some hiking trips or both. The view on the terrace is nice as well and the person we spoke to at reception was nice and helpful.

Nice appointed rooms, some facing the entrance , others the mountain. Really comfortable and wide beds, nice sleep and quiet . The breakfast was quite plentiful and well stocked.

Spa dissapointing - pool was not clean, insects floating on the surface and some grubby looking patches on the floor. Jacuzzi was ok, sauna ok, steam room also seemed a little grubby. I'd give it a miss if I were you.

Room was comfortable, easy to access with a lift. Parking was ok - lots of spaces available just over the road in a covered row and alongside the entrance too. Restaurant was excellent - amazing food and great choice from an amuse bouche to a gorgeous dessert and a great choice of wine. Reasonable price for food too.

The floor of our room needed a bit more maintenance and somehow the smell of sewerage came in to the room while ventilation didn't work.

Nice cosy clean spacious room, bed was comfortable, A/C was working nice and quiet. Bathroom was clean. Staff was great.

we had a poor main course at dinner but starters and desserts were very nice and the price of the meal was very reasonable even with a poor main course

Breakfast was absolutely superb. Unfortunately we paid the supplement for dinner and had a very bad steak. It looked amazing when served but it was so tough we couldn't even cut it. we spoke to the head waiter as we didn't want it served to anyone else. he was pleasant offered us another steak which we declined. but no recompensating made at all. I bagged it and fed it to our dog. BUT we have stayed here before and would do so again. the wine list is fabulous and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Comfy clean rooms and very dog friendly. easy to find and good walks

When we booked we successfully made a reservation for the evening meal and we advised we had 2 dogs. Later we were advised dogs were not allowed in the restaurant nor common areas unless passing through. We had to cancel our evening meal and the hotel gave us the name of a nearby restaurant which we went to. There were 2 single beds but we would have preferred a double as they kept moving apart. The air con was only for heating so the room was hot and we had to leave the window open. We had to miss breakfast as it was served too late and we were only allowed on the terrace as we had dogs but it was pouring with rain.

Quiet location, nice room. There were some treats in our room for our dogs which was a nice touch.

There had been a number of bad storms which can not be avoided, but probably due to the damp conditions, my room was filled with flies. This was sorted with fly spray, I suggest taking some with you! No flies in the restaurant or bar area most importantly, though

The location was perfect as a stop for me. About 6 hours from home in the Alicante region and 4 hours to my next stop near Bordeaux. The hotel is within a few miles of the Somport Tunnel. The whole area is stunningly scenic and an easy, pleasant drive. This is part of the Camino de Santiago trail too, there were lots of walkers staying in the hotel. That walk is on my list. Breakfast was good, lots of choice

The restaurant is overpriced for the standard of food. It looked wonderful presentation was fabulous but it tasted bland. My steak was so tough it was inedible..
