Rooms need a bit of updating for a 4 star Hotel. The floors in the rooms weren't great, the instant they were slightly wet they were super slippy so we wore shoes most of the time. If you weren't all inclusive the prices were extortionate, over €5 for a glass of coke! It was also bugs galore, I appreciate bugs can't be helped but I've never known anything like it. Our room was covered in flies when first arrived (which staff did sort out when told), but the swimming pools were also covered in dead bugs. My 4 year old refused to go into some of the pools for the amount of dead bugs floating around. Not sure how cleaning of the pools worked but they never seemed to disappear.

Very large resort with lots to do, much bigger than I was expecting! The room was large and clean, and the beds were comfy. All staff were absolutely fantastic, the kids clubs and mini discos were superb. Perfect for young kids.

Food prices on resort were hiked up if you weren’t inclusive so much cheaper to eat elsewhere. Not a problem for us, we ate in the town and off resort.

Only thing was being awakened by staff cleaning adjacent apartments and moving the furniture about at 8.30am every morning so unable to get back to sleep.

The whole resort and choice of swimming pools. Friendly staff were always helpful and friendly. . Good selection and quality of food and drinks. Something available to suit everyone.

The room was very clean. The staff were great. We had a lovely stay. Fusion Indian restaurant is very close to the hotel and serves delicious food. We went on a snorkelling trip with Patrick from https://www.activealcudia.org/ and it was the highlight of the trip.

Our apartment (C142) was on the corner of the resort with no usable wifi connection and next to the street/neighbour hotel with poor quality windows, so every noise outside was disturbing.

The resort as whole is really nice with friendly personal and everything you need for a family trip.

They charged me €20 for pool towels which I hadn’t realised until checking out . We booked half board so our breakfast and dinner were included with our package unfortunately at dinner we were charged €3 for a jug of tap water and would have presumed something as basic as tap water would be provided during the dinner . The drinks were very expensive , €5 for a coke 🙈 My son is a very fussy eater and wouldn’t eat at the dinner when asked if I could bring some food with me because of this I was told this wasn’t allowed although I spotted a few people taking take away boxes with them so a few inconsistencies here .

Great location only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The facilities were amazing , playgrounds spotted around the whole resort , a splash park , multiple pools . We got a ground floor apartment directly across from the pool and beside the pool bar which serves food and drinks every day . They had a kids club and it was the perfect stay for children and very child friendly

Some basic sandbox toys would be nice. Some climbing attractions have seen better days. Robes and house slippers would add an extra cherry on top. Our apartment was right behind the little supermarket and the AC of the shop keeps humming (starting and stopping again and again) all night long, which was kind of annoying.

Breakfast was very busy, the queue for coffee and juice as previously mentioned needs to be addressed but apart from that it is a great place.

The property location is great. There are bars and restaurants around both at the back of the complex, front, towards the beach and also at the beach. There are excellent bus routes around which makes transport very easy. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they work extremely hard.

Beautiful resort with nice grounds, beautiful pools ,comfy apartments and lovely staff. Loved the layout of the 2 story apartment blocks around grassy areas, and central pools. The apartments are really nice, especially appreciated the kitchenette area and bathroom. The complex is a short walk to the beach and supermarket, and 20 minutes to the beautiful old town.

There was a slighty drain smell in our bathroom come the end of the week and the walls are pretty thin so the room could be quite noisy, particularly when you're trying to get an early night - this was only a problem on the last night when we had to get our flight early morning.

Loved the location of this hotel and the breakfast was amazing. You could have continental, freshly made omelette, churros, pancakes or a wide range of cooked breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and there were loads of pools to choose from. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and bars and restaurants. It's also only a minute walk along the beach to the main town.

The immediate surrounds are a bit brit/ german on holiday which is fine but we preferred to go slightly further afield for a bit more authentic but was easy to do.

The pool. Close to the beach. Lots on for kids. Pool tables etc. Evening entertainment. The little one bed flat had what we needed.

A good location very close to the main beach, surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Out room (apartment with a kitchenette) was clean and spacious with decent kitchen equipment. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was excellent. We had a little balcony off our room that got the evening sun and was a nice little addition. Friendly staff on reception and we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms could use an upgrade. Didn't feel like a 4 star room Sometimes it felt quite cold in the rooms as no heating option in room. Wasn't fond of the bathroom which was a walk in shower .

The grounds and facilities of the hotel are great. Very good for kids, as has plenty to do including swimming , children's center, splash parks, park equipment. Also entertainment every day. Location very near beach which is clean. Near restaurants and shops. Breakfast selection is plenty and loved the fresh omelettes. Rooms had good facilities including fridge microwave washing equiment and cutlery. Rooms were a good size.

Dinner was a bit too chaotic. There were not enough seats for children. Two single beds with single bed linen instead of a double bed.

Great place for a holiday with children. Lots of pools and other facilities spread out over a big domain so that there is always a place where it isn't too crowded.

I was slightly disappointed that the gym (fitness centre)which seemed really modern and well-equipped, only had one treadmill. After this disappointment I adapted my day and went for a run early mornings by the beach instead. The person at gym reception was great. It was hugely unpleasant that so many of the hotel guests were smoking. Disappointingly, this is allowed and some guests were smoking about 10 cigarettes in the evening which meant we had to keep our balcony shut, and not being able to make the full use of sitting in the balcony in the mornings or evening, as all the smoke would otherwise get straight into our apartment. We didn’t like the attitude of some of the staff in the main restaurant; although the girls who were appointed to clear away the tables were genuinely working very hard. The hotel, or rather our apartment, was about 12min away from the beach, however as I thought the hotel was value for money and amongst the beautiful grounds, I was prepared to compromise on this and take a short walk to the beach. Comparing the meal choices ATC this hotel to other All Inclusive hotels we have stayed, we thought the food here could be improved on.

I loved that the property had huge beautiful grounds, several swimming pools, and importantly for us - offered an all inclusive option which was not the case with many other hotels in the area. Antonia at Reception was great at dealing with the issues that we faced during our visit, and staff at the smaller breakfast restaurant were nice and welcoming - after we discovered that smaller breakfast place, we stopped going to the main restaurant for breakfast. My partner thought that the selection of beer was good for an all-inclusive hotel. The hotel had nightly entertainment, and it was worth staying at the hotel and watching on some evenings. Although we worshipped the Sun mainly on the beach, and not by one of the hotel pools, we really liked the fact that the hotel doesn’t allow people to reserve sun loungers. As this hotel is hugely popular with families, the area around the pool can get rather noisy, and as many of the apartments are very close to the pools, I liked that the hotel had quieter areas away from the main buzz. We liked that the hotel offers a selection of apartments- studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, garden apartments, which is great to know if we come to Mallorca again, as I’d definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Wish we'd known about the Serenity area when we booked. No big deal, not a far walk :-)

Great resort. Spread out over several blocks and with 7 pools in total. Lot's for kids to keep them ebtertained, and there's the option of booking an apartment in the 'Serenity' area if you're not travelling with young kids. Good gym and wellness spa also, which residents can use for free. On site laundry also, so you can wash your clothes. Staff were excellent. Can definitely recommend :-)
