Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

It would have been nice to get some complimentary coffee and tea. The rooms are on the small and simple side . There is a "basic" feel.
Great location , very clean, with spacious kitchen and living room. The free laundary room was great.

It was located on a very busy road and despite being on 5th floor you could hear the noise from traffic with the windows shut.
It was a spacious 3 bed apartment. Ideal for a family.

Sadly the shower only ever ran lukewarm water. We did report this, so hopefully it will improve .We also found the pillows very uncomfortable(but as stated earlier the bed itself was very comfortable)
Really happy with the location and facilities. Kitchen area was well equipped .Our room had a balcony which over looked a moderately busy road but became quieter during the evening. Comfy bed and gym was well equipped

It would have been nice if the trash was taken out daily. Coffee capsules could be prepared upon arrival.
Beautiful view, fully equipped accommodation, quiet area. However there was no breakfast at the hotel, but there are very nice breakfast places in the area.

It's absolutely amazing!!!! Unbelievable views and location!! So clean and everything we neded in the apartment. I stayed with my partner, mother in law and 2 young children, and it was perfect for us. The roof terrace is beautiful and the staff are lovely!!! I would definitely recommend these apartments. 2 minute walk to Sagrada Familia and metro. Nice park close for children. Loads of places to eat and drink. I can't fault anything about it. I actually think the apartments and views are better than the photos.

Relatively thin walls and the little balcony is hardly useable due to the roaring road below. Roof terrace makes up for it!

First of all the location is amazing - you can see the Sagrada Familia from the roof terrace and it is also very near to a train station. It was very clean, there was lots of room for storage and everything you could need, including a washing machine and an iron.

The hotel is in a very tourist heavy neighborhood, leading to few restaurants with more than expensive tapas and pizza. The induction stovetop was very slow, taking 30 minutes to boil water for rice.
The hotel location is fantastic, 1 block from the Sagrada Familia, 1 block from the Blue/Purple Metro, and 1 block from several grocery stores. The 2 bedroom apartment was big enough for parents and 2 kids, and includes 2 bathrooms. Room had a nice deck for breakfast and enjoying the church bells. Beds were firm but comfortable. Rooftop decks were very pleasant, if not very large. Staff were very helpful and considerate, helping us store luggage and find a local doctor when our child got sick.

What a place to stay, apartments were amazing, location was excellent, right round the corner from Sagrada Familia, 4 minute walk to the metro that will have you in the center of Barcelona within 15-20 mins and the staff were so helpful and friendly, We travelled as a group of 9 and had 2 apartments which were very spacious, well equipped with all the amenities that you require, lots of extra towels, blankets, pillows. Couldn't fault this place at all. EXCELLENT, thank you so much Sensation Sagrada Familia for a wonderful trip....

A proper cutting board in the kitchen and a paella pan would be a nice touch. Other than these, the appartement was exceptional.
The location is great. We could leave our luggages in a locker before check-in. The chek-in was smooth and we got a lot of information from Tamara about the area including a map with suggestions to go to or where to shop. The cleaning of the apartement in mid-week was really helpful. The electric Orange Juicer was used every day. The view for the Sagrada Familia from our room was superb.
