Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FinlandIt would be nice if customers trying to speak Spanish were answered in that language instead of turning conversation into English, and if the panorama floor was available also for drinks, not just lunch or dinner.
Nicely located between the Santa Justa railway station and historical city center. Excellent breakfast and hard-board dinner, which included a nice variety of choices, but which would have been even better if it was served in the 13th panoramic floor instead of ground floor.

GermanyBreakfast was adequate, plenty of choices... but I preferred to check out a few of the many restaurants within 10min walking that had delicious breakfast (that was also less expensive). WIFI was quite slow in the evening, at times frustratingly slow and I switched it off and used my roaming data instead. It is a little outside of the city centre - 20mins walk to the cathedral.
The staff at reception (24h) were all very friendly attentive and helpful. I arrived a few hours early and was able to store luggage with no hassle. I worked from the hotel room, and the do not disturb sign was well respected. For cleaning, it was no problem to provide towels and anything necessary. WIFI worked well during the day. The pool was great to relax for a while. Great view of the city from my room.

IrelandThere was no coffee making facilities in the room
The hotel is about 20 mins walk outside the centre of Seville but the tram is only 5 minutes from the hotel and takes you right into the centre of the city. Take the tram and get off the last stop which will take you to the amazing Cathedral. Also the bus for the airport is a 5 mins walk from the hotel. The bus only costs €5 to the airport. It is a lovely hotel and has great facilities. Unfortunately the weather was bad and we could not use the outdoor pool or terrace. The hotel is spotless. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe first night we were put in the wrong room, the morning staff corrected that. One night the wind was very strong and there was wind noise from the window as it would not seal completely.
When my wife and I walked in to this hotel we could hardly believe our eyes! We thought we were in a 5 star hotel. A doorman ushered us in a took our suitcases to our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. The breakfast was very, very good with many choices. The breakfast staff worked hard to to make our breakfast enjoyable. The location was not too far from the Old Town. Also, the tram to old town was about two blocks away.

BelgiumEverything was perfect!
The hotel is located at a 30 min walking distance from the historical centre of Sevilla. Another convenience is the EA bus from/to the Sevilla airport, which runs at short intervals for the price of 5 euro. The suit was spacious and perfectly comfortable for two audults and one teenager. Cleanliness and comfort were top. Very attentive and polite staff. I would certainly recommend and would be happy to come back again one day.

United KingdomThe weather was awful so couldn't enjoy all the hotels facilities.
The staff were excellent and easily the best thing the hotel offers. Breakfast is large and wide ranging . Needs some tea pots and milk jugs take it 100 percent,we don't all drink coffee you know. At our time bad weather meant the pool and outside bar wre closed but they did look a place to sit and relax. Takes about 15mins to walk to the Giralda and cathedral.

I picked up small accessories in the bathroom including a comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. Generous breakfast with Spanish cold meats and cheeses, good juices. Great coffee. I enjoyed the opportunity to use the sauna and jacuzzi. Excellent location close to bus stops to and from the airport, close to local transport - tram to downtown, metro, buses. BelgiumThey do not use standard cover for blanket/duvet, so your face and bare parts of your body are touching what hundreds other people before you have been touching... Really disgusting.
Clean, spacious rooms, electric kettle (2 tea bags for 4 days...), good breakfast, good selection of TV channels, fridge, EA bus line nearby, blackout curtains, comfy bed. Shoehorn.
