A very dedicated team that pay attention to details, nice room and excellent breakfast. I enjoyed my 3 nights stay, the hotel is very trendy and located next to a tram station that links you to most places you need to be. Friendly team, everyone playing their role in making sure that you were OK and giving you all the support you might need. Super team in fact.

Very friendly staff, helpful in every way - with luggage storing, directions etc. Glass of cava upon arrival. Location 10/10, directly between Casa Milá and Batlo. Room super comfortable, cleaned every day. Wil definitely be back, it was a Superb stay!

There was one incident that marred an otherwise flawless experience. The housekeeping supervisor unexpectedly entered our room without knocking while we were inside. His explanation that he was checking the cleanliness of the room seemed inadequate, as it would have been more appropriate for him to announce himself and request entry. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did detract slightly from the overall impression of the hotel. Despite this one issue, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. The exceptional room quality, unbeatable location, and outstanding service provided by staff like Stephanie make it a top choice for accommodation in the city.

Overall, my stay at this hotel in Barcelona was exceptional. The room exceeded expectations in every aspect, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel was superb, providing easy access to all the attractions and amenities Barcelona has to offer. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, particularly Stephanie, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Her recommendations added immensely to our enjoyment of the city, and her warm demeanor made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.

The paint job efforts carried out some years ago seemed totally "funny". However, this was not something that messed up the experience in any way. The hotel might have had it's prime some 10-15 years ago ...

Location is exceptional. It is the in the right distance from the main tourist attractions ( not too close and not too far). El Nacional restaurant is very near by (had great experience dining there). Spacious room.

Good location - only 3-5 minutes walk to Casa Batlo and close by shops and restaurants. Staff helpful and courteous. Taxi stand right in front of hotel and train station is nearby.

We had a wonderful stay here. Staffs are friendly, helpful and responsive. We made a couple of calls for help and the staffs just turned up at our door in few minutes with our requests. The breakfast is well severed with a choice of cold and hot foods. And the staffs are very attentive and always prepared to serve. And the location is perfect, easy access to all the shops, restaurants and famous attractions. Casa Mila and Casa Batllo are just few minutes away. And we were lucky to get a room upgrade which allow us to have a glimpse of Casa Batllo’s rooftop from the terrace in our room.

As mentioned to the staff, the way the tv's in the room are placed makes it so it can be noisy if your neighbors watches tv (it creates a kind of soundbox in between the wall so the sound is projected in the next-door room).

The location of the hotel is really great. It's close to the tourist bus and many attractions. The room as got all the right amenities, and the beds are comfy. I had the chance to try the breakfast once and it was really good. The staff is very proactive and present when necessary.

This is just an idea for the improvement, not actually something I didn’t like. I’d recommended adding some USB outlets since nowadays those are standard.

The carpeted floor in the room (for hygienic reasons).

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff! We were treated like VIP guests, enjoying a free room upgrade, lots of welcoming gifts, a very comfortable bed, Penhaligon’s toiletries, fluffy towels. The room is clean and spacious (with a terrace). The area is also extremely safe, especially if you get back late at night. The taxi station is just in front of the hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel!

We asked in advance for singles beds but upon arrival the hotel apologised that it only has rooms with king sized bed available However this was "the only cloud on a sunny day", because otherwise the hotel was an absolute dream
